The guy is playing cool, insist not to say anything on the phone. I drove 20’ just to speak to him for 1 min..He refuses to discuss anything about charge until I get the muffler myself. It’s a common trick and he will definitely rip off when I buy the muffler and make it hard to return.Shady biz people in Newark

Honestly this guy is a scammer. He is not efficient I have been to his shop so many times. You would think that he checks everything. But he doesn’t. Every time I went there for service on my car he always said I needed extra things to be done. I really thought he was an honest mechanic as I went there numerous times and spent thousands. Mind you, I referred my boyfriend there. He wanted a new engine that iscausing more problems than ever. And now he is spending another thousand or two on it. Don’t go there because he is gonna cause you more problems in the long run. I’ve already reported him to BBB. I’m being so honest in this review and I’m not over exaggerating save yourself the headache. I really dislike him and his business 99.9%. I never write reviews. Like NEVER. So do yourself a favor. DON’T support this scammer. Go to the dealership you may pay more but it’s worth it and you have a warranty in case anything happens.

All I have to say is that Carlos and Paula are excellent with the clients, I have to cars a 89 Mercedes and a 2003 Toyota Camary and he did an excellent job on both. Repaired the motor on the Toyota avoiding its expensive replacement. Honesty is one of his strongest points rare in the automechanic world, is now my mechanic and I will recommend it to all my friends.

Needed to install midpipes and asked for a quote. He told me to bring the pipes. Ok no prob, i bring the pipes the following week and then he doesnt want to lift the car for just a quote. cus too many people do that So youre expecting a returning customer to agree on having something installed without knowing how much it would cost? Really?
