Great customer service. The premises looked a bit intimidating but the staff were polite, patient and explained what we needed and didnt need. I went to replace a blinker bulb in a hurry and they went beyond to help tighten my driver-side door hinges. Would go again.

I have been taking my cars to Nav since 2005 or so and he has never let me know. Hes fair and always gives me a good price. Hands down, best mechanic in the SF Bay Area
