The turn around time is great. I have taken it there for a few jobs and they are fair I say I have gotten exactly how much the job would cost......The above review was done months ago and than I found myself at the mechanics way more often than hoped. Literally once a month and the last time was really the last straw. I took it in because the car was back firing and the mechanic said was the alternator. Paid a whopping 325 for a brand new alternator no more money to pay for any other repairs. The car is still doing the same thing. Than I took it back they same guy says of now there are all these history codes and you need a full tune up another 350 dollars. I was like ok this is it. Why didnt that show up before? Plus the check engine is not on!! I took the car here for the inspection sticker when I was rejected at the DMV. They passed it said they fixed the issue. I took the car to a friend of mine and he tells me the indicator lights are off... meaning someone turned them off. Or they just so happen to fuse out same time I been taking my car here. They offered to take a look. At this point I am tired Broke as a joke and done being taken advantage of. I am a Mom and a woman with a 2003 Toyota idk why they think its ok to take advantage of me like that. I refuse to give them anymore of my business. Since Sep 2020 I spent more than 1500 in that place All the money I had saved. I do not recommend especially if you are a woman.

Warning to everyone that this repair shop are a bunch of schemers. I had bought a brand new catalytic converter and an the sensor so they can replace it. I went to them and they replaced it. The next day come to find out from a mechanic the placed the catalytic converter was wrong and the sensor snapped because of how they placed it. We went back the next day to them and told them. They explained to me that no its right and they placed the sensor on the bottom of the converter cause they couldnt place it on the top. So they wouldnt even reimburse me my money or even fix it. I spend $250.00 for what they messed my sensor up & the Catalytic converter because of the poor job they did. On top off that I heard the guy tell the younger guy what the heck job you did here and tried to play me stupid as if i didnt know Spanish, & i didnt here them. I have proof of a recording from contracted repair men they placed it wrong and from varies repair men i took it to said the same thing about the poor job they did. Thanks for nothing Jerks........

They are thieves! The owner dont know how to take responsibility for what his workers do bad!! No one its perfect and I understand! But he needs to grow some balls and take responsibility! The owner sucks its garbage a thieve! Never go there ! Dont do the same mistake I did! WARNING on this place! Warn your friends families if u dont want to get robbed !

I have an electrical problem(wont start) with my 1995 Mercedez Benz I ve to park my car for almost a year. because nobody could it found the problem, except Mr.Carlos from Cabezas he finds the problem & fixes it.since that happen my M-B run liked a baby!!

I had a 95 honda civic, it over heated on me took it to this rookies mechanics they replaced timing belt water pump rebuild the heads changed the thermostat flush radiator oh it needs brakes and rotors one mechanic replies will bottom line is my car was still overheating what? 800 dollars later i purchased a radiator from ebay replaced it problem solve, these people are crooks and liers rookie mechanics or scam artist?? your choice i hope you think about it twice before taking your car and giving them your hard earn money Gob Bless!!

We all hate when our vehicles stop working and most of us are not mechanics to figure out what the problem is. But I went to Cabezas service center thinking that its been there for years and they have mechanics that have been working for over 20 years. But guess what, the said they needed to re-program my car key to the computer because they could not get any codes kick back to their code reader. I told them to give me a moment to think about the finances and I would call them back. Nonetheless, they called two more times to pressure me into giving them $350 to do the job. I later found out that there was no need to reprogram the key because the code reader would tell them regardless of the key working or not. I immediately got it towed to another mechanic. I was told buy a different mechanic (and he showed me a picture and I wish I could post that picture) that they CUT THE PGM-FI MAIN RELAY RED/WHITE CABLE!!!! I am a single mother, relying one income. Its incredible that THEY TRIED TO MAKE THE SITUATION BIGGER THAN IT REALLY WAS to get MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. This is ridiculous SON LADRONES/ they are thieves. Dont go there. Theyll make it worse by the way I only paid $325 to replace some fuses, a relay, and the damn cable they cut including labor.

Worst place to take your car they are thieves very irresponsible and the owner acts like a little girl. .DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE...
