Same issues as everyone else, flight is delayed 4 hours with no help from staff
I’ve flown with Porter frequently over the last few years and can count on the fingers of one hand the number of relatively on-time arrivals I’ve experienced. Constant delays, terrible customer service, and overall the worst airline I have EVER travelled with.
Was given wrong information regarding international travel with children under age of 12. Had to cancel our flight and they would not issue a refund. Customer service reps including managers were rude and non empathetic considering they robbed us of 1000 dollars . We had to rent a car to drive to Canada and leave our youngest child home and exclude her from our family vacation. Disgusting. NEVER use this airline they are the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only will i never fly with them again but i will recommend against it to anyone considering flying with them. There aren’t enough stars to minus for this company.
Rude and extremely poor service. I didnt expect much from Porter Airlines due to it being cheap but my expectations was not wrong. Hands down shittiest airline experience Ive had in my 22 years of flying all over the world. Its cheap yes, but is the service good? ABSOLUTELY NO.

Ridiculous experience! I had 7:30 flight, and got delayed. There was other flight at :730 due to delay in 6:30. They did not let me fly even though the flight was empty.
Aviation company to avoid 3rd experience is always the same delay and or flight cancellationbad service to avoid these are undesirable items
Late takeoff, late landing, waiting on tarmac 1 hour.
The planes with no tvs are cool
Extreme delays, cancellations and chaos. Unfriendly staff. Very poor customer service.
