My flight was supposed to be yesterday and due to the storm and delay it was postponed for today at 530 pm.As arriving here my flight was postponed again to 831pm then again to 915pm.Ive in the airport since 215pm with a toddler which as much well behaved she is this is taking a toll on her. My plans were ruined and I missed my dads birthday due to this the worst part of this experience is that my upcoming flight is for tomorrow at 730 am.I am literraly spending more time in the airport than my destination a total of 9 hours to be exact just to take a flight back early in the morning. The customer experience that I have received due to this has been mediocre and with a lack of empathy. I need for the time that I have lost to be acknowledge by reimbursing me $120 for the airport fees

Frontier at Newark seems especially I’ll equipped to conduct simple airport operations like deplaning and baggage receipt. My first time on frontier came with a long weather delay I don’t blame them for. I mostly want to point out that 20 minutes for deplaning with no air flow through the vents during Covid and 30 minutes for bags at the pickup seems especially poor. I recommend they review and improve operations here to avoid a bad reputation. I do not plan to fly frontier ever again.Photo is of the time at Newark airport it was actually 9:15 pm when I took this.

Carry-on: $56 ($112 total with return flight).Luggage Check-in: $65 ( $130 total with return flight).Drinks on the plane: $5+ (coke, water, juice).Seats do not lean.Flight From NJ to Cancun: 3 hrs (awesome)Edit: uncomfortable seats & do not recline... At least mines didnt, both going & return flights.

I’m on the plane right now and they haven’t clean any seats of floor they don’t even offer no hand sanitizer wipes. This airline is unprofessional and dirty. They even charging people to pay for carry ons. Don’t take frontier everyone!!! P.S COVID still here smh

If I could provide a rating lower than 1 for this airline, I would. Not only did they cancel six airline tickets on the return leg of a round trip flight ... with absolutely zero notification ... they had the audacity to charge us an additional $318 to rebook the flight when we noticed the error, frantically tried to call and correct the airlines mistake and found ourselves trapped with absolutely no alternative to get home to NJ from Florida. Then, on top of all of that unnecessary stress and additional fraudulent cost the return flight was delayed (btw....our flight going to Orlando was delayed too...by 6 hours).So anyway, by the time we arrived in Newark there was no crew on site to unload our bags. Not only will I never again fly with this fraudulent airline just to save a couple of bucks...but rest assured that I will do my very best to make sure that no one I know is ever tempted to book a flight with this substandard airline either. Absolutely horrible travel experience.

The absolute worst airline experience ever. I will never fly Frontier again and if you are reading this don’t make the mistake I made. Pay a little more for a better airline it will be worth it.

They dont even deserve 1 star. This is airline is horrendous never will travel with this airline again and I wouldnt recommend anyone to travel with frontier. The flight attendance were so unprofessional. They even over charge you. Had such a bad experience

We were scheduled to leave at 630am on a flight to Miami on June 12th. My wife and I got there early parked our car and caught the P6 shuttle to terminal B which is where Frontier in Newark is located. We exited the shuttle around 415am and stood in line waiting to check in our luggage. By 530am the 2 agents were calling out If your going to Cancun, come to the front of the line, at that point we had people that literally just walked up being helped before we were. We remained calm then one of the agents yell if your going to Orlando please come to the front of the line,at this point its 6am and now theres more people on top of the Cancun crowd thats being assisted before us...and it was complete chaos because now ALL the people going to Miami including myself and my wife was furious because at this point its 615am and were All trying to check in our luggage, make it through TSA and make this 630am flight to Miami. As the agents finished checking in Cancun and Orlando passengers they received a call on the radio stating they were closing the gates to the Miami flight and My wife and I, including 30 other people missed the 630am flight to Miami and to top it all off when we called asking for a refund they told us we werent entitled to a refund because the Airline marked us as a No Show!!! A NO SHOW!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! AND WE HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER FLIGHT WITH A DIFFERENT AIRLINE Because our 630am flight was time sensitive
