I have to say, I tried working with other companies, the professionalism here was second to none in comparison . I have a high end clientele and Sean and Jenn and all the crew they sent were beyond helpful and supportive. They are very hands on in terms of managing the crew. They are extremely knowledge, (more than most) professional and they have a fabulous showroom which I was able to use with my client! They went out of their way and I wouldn’t trust anyone else after my experience with them. You just can’t go wrong with them!

Use them every time... for the past 17 years. As a GC doing high end work, I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, the most knowledgeable I’ve encountered and the crew are courteous, professional and doing outstanding work and site protection. Highly recommend them.

I normally never write reviews but New York Flooring is by far one of the best experiences I have had. I had all the floors in my house done by them. I am by nature one of the most indecisive people you can meet which can drive anybody crazy and has many a contractors. Sean, I believe one of the owners, was so patient with me and so very helpful with every decision and clearly very knowledgeable. I honestly felt a a sense of trust with him as I felt all of his suggestions were grounded in what was best for my house and my style, rather than for his wallet - which is such a rare find nowadays. The workers that actually did the work in my home were always on time, worked extremely neat and were so respectful to my elderly parents that watched their every move and had a ton of unnecessary questions for them. I cant say enough about these guys. I would hire them again in a heart beat!!

We’ve experienced NY Flooring as unprofessional and unaccountable; blaming others for their mistakes. They did a subpar job refinishing our floors, as well as breaking a track on a newly built closet, then denied all responsibility. We would not recommend them based on their shoddy work, and lack of professionalism.

If youre looking for a responsive company that calls back when promised then this company is not the one. If our looking for a company that accommodate you when you need and not when they need then this is not the right company. Its 2020 not 1980, professional businesses know how to handle todays customers expectations and needs and NY Flooring is not one of them. Never used them only had a few conversations and when they say they will call back in 15 minutes to confirm a time that turns into 4 hours later and 2 calls to even get that lat return call. Would never use and suggest people look elsewhere.
