Was spoken to like I was going to buy bread with EBT lol
Amazing selection of Franck Muller watches. Very accommodating and answered all my questions. Friendly atmosphere.
Bought a great white from them. When it shipped it was too small. They worked with me on the price and made it right since I had to get a new band for it. They did everything possible to make sure I was happy. Recommend them for sure.
Talk about lacklustre, unfriendly customer service. For items this pricey, with such high commissions gained from so little effort they should be bending over backwards in order to create a welcoming environment. For the 15 minutes customers are in there salespeople should at least pretend to care. The first time I went in the woman with straight long hair was fine, but not overly welcoming nor friendly. When I returned for fitting after purchasing the watch the same woman acted as though she was doing me a favour, very neutral, no congratulations on your purchase, do you love it,Would you like to know more about the watch?, nothing. I asked how long the watch had been sitting/its manufacturing date because dust had accumulated in the ridges of the crown, underneath the protective film covering the case - no clear answer when the watch clearly has a model # connecting to an exact manufacturing date. As she went to fit the watch her male counterpart went on with his business at the computer as though I had not just spent a large sum of money in there. No charisma from either one. Ive been treated much better at watch stores where I spent much less money, and even watch stores where I didnt purchase. In a nutshell, I did not feel valued whatsoever as a customer and would not purchase here again.
Purchased a $400 gator strap from them, but they would not put it on my Bovet 1822 19Thirty. I had to buy the special tools and do it myself.
