I would recommend this company again and again. When my grandfather passed away September 2019, I was the one to acquire his old film reels and equipment. I called company after company trying to find the best option to surprise my family. EverPresent was by far the best option I found, and they helped me turn my familys memories into digital video. The drop off process was easy and welcoming, they are so helpful over the phone, and they easily communicated updates on the reels even during the busy holiday season. I saved my digital video of family holiday memories for a special occasion, and Im so glad I did. When Easter 2020 rolled around, and it was our first holiday without my extended family being able to gather, everyone across the country gathered on zoom to watch the surprise. If youre looking for an excuse to finally dust off some reels of film, now is the time. With more socially distanced holidays approaching, this is one of the best ways to feel connected.

One positive of the pandemic is finally getting to those long-delayed projects which, for me, included digitizing videotapes from key moments in time. After searching for possible options to get this done, I zeroed in on EverPresent and Im so glad I did. In addition to excellent care to my videotape, their customer service and attentive communications were such a relief... especially during these most uncertain times. I would highly recommend them to all.

The team took good care of the photos and the entire service was timely. The quality of the reproductions was first rate. EverPresent staff was communicative and helpful. All around an excellent experience.

They were extremely professional in resurrecting a half-century-old reel-to-reel recording of my Dad and friends and relatives at an expat Christmas in Hong Kong. What a treat to hear a live recording of those long-ago days.

I entrusted themwith 2 audio tapes that are 50 years old, and were not stored in any special way, but werean important part of my college experience (being a DJ on the town radio station). Myprimary contact at EverPresent, Tia, assured me my tapes would be safe, and that she wouldshepherd them through the process. The only CD player I still have is the one in my car, soit was appropriate that I first listen to me as a DJ while driving!! Thanks for making me feellike I was 21 again !

First time Ive used this service-customer service was excellent. I had LPs converted to digital format and the quality was excellent. I plan to use this service again-the quality and value are top-notch!

They were more expensive then they led me to believe, and actually not so helpful. I would look for another company next time, their work is fine but not a positive experience. I expressed wanting to put a book together, I am a designer, so when I discussed it with them they only would agree to do it if I paid their designer to do it, ? Moving on.....

I was very happy with the work EverPresent did on my 25 year old wedding video. I will be sending some more VHS tapes to be converted.
