Great Service Provided by the interpreter (Arvind Malik). I had my Naturalization Interview, So I needed an interpreter. I contacted them. And everything was scheduled. The interpreter came on time on the location where I had my interview. My appointment with interpreter was for 2 hours. But it was so busy that my interview was supposed to be at 11 but they called my name at 1:30 pm which was almost 1 hour over the scheduled time with my interpreter, but he patiently waited, didnt even said anything. And when finally they called my name, I got to know that Im not eligible to bring an interpreter. The interpreter was very kind. After waiting for so long I felt very bad that he couldnt came with me but he said its ok. Thank God I passed my interview. Im extremely grateful for his behavior. For any future needs Im going to use DayTranslations, And I also recommend DayTranslations as Im already thrilled with their services. THANKS AGAIN....

Fast, and great service.

I hired them to call a hospital in Germany, where my friend was in. Nobody called me, the interpreter did not showed up neither did I get a response. The following morning I hired another website, just to find out he had past away. The doctor said they awaited my call, to which I never showed up. Is not a one star review but rather a 0, it just did not have that option.

I never leave reviews for things like this but I would genuinely like to recommend this service. Not only were the translations done in record time but the formatting of the document was just like the original. I was a bit apprehensive using an online service for translation but I am happy to have used this service and loved my interactions with everyone from the company and the translator did a fantastic job.

Overall very happy with the work however there are a few things to know when considering hiring this service:1. They are costly. About twice as much from some of the other companies we got quotes from. We went with them because of all the good reviews for their fast turn around which was essential for us. They did not disappoint.2. I was impressed with their speed. We needed a document translated from Hindi to English in 2 days. They completed it in 1. They were also very fast at responding to my email questions, usually within minutes even in the middle of night.3. They do not seem to have any guarantees for meeting their estimated completion dates. I specifically asked about that at they said that they would offer discounts on the next translation, but did not say they would give refunds.4. Our document had mistakes the first time around. We were lucky because we knew what the document should say, but it took two rounds of edits to fix the mistakes. They were however very prompt at correcting the mistranslations, and even with the edits, still finished before the deadline.If I were ever in a similar situation, I would hire them again.

Excellent, Professional, Accurate service. I just got a Indian language government document translated. The whole experience was smooth, efficient and seamless.Even though there were different responders on email at different points of the day/night(when i requested minor corrections/edits), everyone exactly knew my document and background. Excellent service! Extremely prompt customer service. There was an initial document mix up but Day translations responded quickly and provided the correct translation the next morning. The initial translation from Urdu to English was accurate as well except for some name spelling corrections to be made. Price was also very reasonable when compared with other online translation services. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again in the future.

A very fast, reasonably cheap and accurate service. Though not absolutely perfect, I was surprised by the effort they put into satisfying their customers and hearing their opinion. I got an offer call less than 10min after I submitted the online document and the translation was sent to me the day after for review. I needed an urgent document translation from Spanish to English for the purpose of university qualification. I would always use their service again.

Best service ever!I stumbled upon Day Translations after being scammed by Quicker Translate and waiting for over 3 days to get my documents translated within 24 hours.Anyway, after getting in touch with Day Translations I got my quote within 10 minutes and a full translation 4 hours later. There was one little discrepancy with the translation of an address due to the fact that some Japanese characters have multiple pronunciations, however I requested a correction and received the revised version almost instantly (within 5 minutes or so).Basically Day Translations ended up saving my butt with their quick turnaround times and professional customer service. Highly recommended!

In the process of searching for a provider to translate a document of mine, I submitted quote requests to five different providers. For whatever reason, only three of them got back to me. Of those three, Day Translations not only had the quickest turnaround on a quote, the rate they offered was also the lowest by far.The document that I needed to translate had quite a few pages, but those pages were mostly empty. This leads me to believe that the other quotes I received were priced by page while DT actually took the time to figure out how much actual translating needed to be done.Honestly, I was somewhat skeptical of the quality of the service Id be receiving considering the quote, but the associates with whom I corresponded were responsive, friendly, and professional. I was going to give 1 star, but i changed my ming, since 1 part of my translation order was done right in the end . I request 2 different translation in 2 languages and one of them had to be notarized. Order went through on Wednesday, i have been told that by Friday everything will be ready, except notarization part that needed extra day since my request is very specific . I spoke to different representatives to make sure everything is expedited, i had a time limit, so i needed it done asap. On Tuesday morning i called and been told that its being processed as we speak and they swear to call me once its ready for a pick up at 415 Madison location . I waited until 4:00pm!! No-one contacted me...so when i called the office Ive been told that they are closed already!)) After i fight with them over the phone i was promised that representative will wait for me so i can come over and pick up the Docs. When i arrived at the 415 Madison, i was attacked by Russian lady who blamed me for her bad day with the daughter ( i had no idea who she is and what she wants from me).Soon i realize that she was a Russian translator who went through big trouble to complete my notarization and further services and tried to blame me for weird requests!!!!. It felt as i was in the crazy house!..meanwhile the manager representative on duty, from Day Translation didnt even apologize for a mess they put me through, he had an attitude as if they are doing me a big favor just talking to me there after-hours . But when i arrived to get my papers nothing was ready!!! They started printing and stamping everything in front of me and i had to spend there another hour waiting for the order to be complete!!! End of story - very unprofessional, unorganized, not coordinated place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with them. My notarized translation wasnt very accurate also, it will work, but not done proper way . Very disappointed. I had a chance to pay more and wait less and get extra service too(from another company), shouldve gone with another option .... sad experience......
