Most of agent were fine but take a one clueless who destroy all your system and than they do not take responsibility for this and they will not fix it. Be very careful. I would not renew they services ever.

Dropped off my Mac Mini to backup and install an older OS.Geek Squad didn’t backup properly, so I lost permanently 30GB worth of original video footage, audio and pictures.Got reimbursed. Although files were worth more than what I paid. Lesson learned.DON’T GO HERE. (Unless you want to pay hundreds of $ to lose valuable files.)

Got my screen fixed here and it was so easy. Took exactly the time I was told it would. Micheal helped me immensely and my new screen looks great. They even installed my new screen protector.

This particular geek squad is professional and very knowledgeable, others howver are not.

They dont show up! Its been three days of me waiting in my house for them and they dont show up
