Previously, there were arrangements for me to continue receiving my mail; ad I was a former Residental Program Youth; College Student receiving my mail addressed to 74 Saint Marks Place, 306, New York NY 10003.I attempted family reunification however efforts were ultimately unsuccessful. Through orders of the Brooklyn Supreme Family Court, I was allowed to return for support and services to acheive a permancy plan of stable living conditions in economic transitions to manage responsibilities better. I have been receiving my mail at 74 Saint Marks Place since 2017, left the care of JBFCS Kaplan House and ACS NYC in 2019. Later in the year, after being targetted and manipulated, facing problems at home I chose to return for services. I rearranged with Office Manager and Floor 1 Attendant Staff regarding receipt of delivered mail as address as I transitioned towards acheiving permancy goals. While applying for NYCHA Section 8, replacing identification previously stolen in hostile environments and banking material; and working towards permancy goals; prior arrangements were terminated and I was unable to receive my mail; disrupting my goal to permancy in acheivement. I disputed the alteration in arrangements with numerous staff of JBFCS however was not accommodated appropriately. I do not live at this residence however should receive health and human services towards completing permancy under protections of liberty by state and federal legislation. As a former resident, I was left vulnerable and became a victim of identity theft once again after being robbed in Washington Square Park on April 29th 2021; reporting to the police; unable to retrieve my property and unable to sign in to my phone; whereas who knows what can be happening using my emails and numbers while I work towards permancy goals; even with rejection from Health and Human Service, Foster Care Group Home, my former residence.Ultimately, I have concluded that for the purpose of acheivements effectively, promptly and in coordination with USPS and JBFCS and mailing facilitators; amid Pandemic and recently events resulting in various anomalies and guarntees nontheless of service; I need to restablish arrangements in approval to receive my mail. I am filing this notice and complaint in the form of a Google Review to establish skews in trajectory of velocity efforts towards reestablishments of arrangement despite possible concerns for adverse possessive actions and building law and codes, limiting liabilities of loss by lapses in communication between management officials and me; DAmonte Brown- Former Foster Care Resident and current recipient of civil liberties in Health and Human Service provisions at JBFCS Kaplan House 74 Saint Marks Place, New York NY 10003; posted publically amid pandemic, recent current events and past incidents subjected to while irrespects were authorized by staff in presence of lapse of communication and limitations of liability.I need my mail and it is unrightful for Kaplan House to not only not help me but send my mail back to the Post office or sender; without adequate coordinations. Without reestablishments of arrangements for Health and Human Services towards permancy goals; having return to care in continued efforts prior to turning 21 years old as authorized appropriately by the Courts of the Brooklyn Supreme Family Court; I will have to file for Court intervention; as a Self Represented Litigant regarding these public affairs, resolution and the imposing of sanctions for associated irrespects to me, applicant; DAmonte Brown.Otherwise, Kaplan House is a good place to be; and I believe there should be more enrichment oppurtunities to guide Residents within the Program towards fortified attainment of independent living skills, resources and planning strategies which would aid through preparedness for mental hygiene and physical safety within the economy as a Taxpayer, Member of the Workforce within their community and as a Young Adult amid current events.

Google “Louise Wise”: the Jewish Board was complicit in the cover-up of nonconsensual, Nazi-adjacent social-engineering experiments on Jewish adoptees from the 50s-70s.The Jewish Board absorbed Louis-Wise’s Child Development Center, who performed the secret studies, after it closed in 2004– yet the Jewish Board commits to a stance of unacknowledgement and more secrecy.Disgusting. Take responsibility and acknowledge and declassify the unethical studies experimented by Louise-Wise on separated twins and triplets from unassuming American families!
