I had to add a star just so I can post a review, but this place is not even a one star. DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. My company called them for a leak we had behind our refrigerator. Took 5 days to finally show up after blowing us off, shouldve been our first clue. kept saying they were on their way. Finally on the 5th day 440pm they call said they would b here in 20min. DID NOT show up until 912pm. If it wasnt for our building engineer being nice enough to stay we most likely wouldve been charged for nothing ( 90.00 fee just to come out). It took the repair man about 20min to fix our leak. We got charged $320.00. No, really!! when we called the next day we were told because we did authorize card and the leak was fixed, deal with it. WoW!! How professional. shows up after 9pm after days of blowing us off, then 20min work for a little over $300. And btw the supposed assistant to manager, because you cant talk to the manager ( how convenient ) is absolutely one of the rudest person you can talk to. So I would highly recommend one of the many other repair shops around.
