I will advise any retail or anyone to not partner with this shipping company. Their employees are stealing the packages. You guys are hiring people who probably can’t even read a whole paragraph. Probably hiring rejects. My package says delivered at the post office and it was never delivered. I will be filing a police report on the carrier who was responsible for delivering my package. Worst delivery ever! Should be called “LAZY Ship” our building Amazon packages delivered through “lazy ship” are plopped in the lobby instead of in front of our doors. I have actually seen “Lazy Laser ship” delivery people throw packages 20-40 feet down the hallway when they do come to our floors. They are also known for hiding packages behind our lobby columns trying to “trick” our security to think they actually took the elevator to delivery to the customers door. Amazon has great delivery people that actually take photos of the package in front of our door. Lazy Ship doesn’t care about security of the packages or the customers including Amazon Customers. Amazon should fire “lazy” laser ship immediately. They give Amazon a bad reputation.

Every time I get a packaged shipped from this company it says it was delivered BUT I NEVER RECIVE MY PACKAGES at this point are they stealing my stuff?? I receive everything else from ups, amazon, usps with no problem but this place AND FEDEX are by far the worse

Like many others, Ive never heard of Lasership and this is my first experience with them. I ordered an item off of amazon and it says it was delivered today to my front door but it was nowhere to be found. I checked my apartments mailbox, concierge, and also the delivery package room still nothing! I also asked my neighbours about it they said they didnt see any packages in front of my door. This makes absolutely no sense. In my opinion, dont try to use them.

They never respond after I complain about missing packages… but this last time, a delivery person literally tore open a package and stole the contents… this company is just a joke…

When not losing or stealing packages, their tracking is worthless because they scan barcodes whenever they feel like it and deliver it hours or days later. Count yourself lucky if your package is delivered.We have cameras, so we can see when deliveries have not been attempted. I’ve had food and medicine “delivered” and “signed for” when clearly the driver just did whatever they wanted with it. Inquiries go unanswered because they know their retail partners cover the cost of refunds.I try to group my orders and use slower shipping speeds to avoid these last mile frauds, but Amazon and others still insists on using them to deliver my packages despite the number of refunds they’ve had to issue!I’d gladly pay extra for shipping to avoid this trash delivery company, but it’s not an option.

This carrier is a joke. Terrible service. It doesnt follow instructions. No matters how many times you contact them by chat to confirm your address, or that you wish to be call when they deliver your package. Request like picking up as a last option doesnt work either. They never call. Its phone number doesnt work.The worse of it is the terrible service of its agents. They are rude, impolite and sadly useless. They are incapable to resolve anything.

Horrible company. Whenever my packages come through lasership, the carrier always comes super late in the day, doesn’t deliver to my door and can’t read. My intercom doesn’t work and there’s a large sign on it that says “not working,” I’ve witnessed one of them pressing the button and trying to run off before I caught him. The customer service acts like they’re so nice on the phone when I tell them that the intercom doesn’t work and the carrier has to call me on the phone, they say they made note of it and contacted the carrier but every time it’s the same issue-they don’t even bother or just leave with my package. They’re always rude and don’t even dress professionally or have any indicator that they work for lasership. I wish Amazon would never use this service for prime because it’s always an anxiety filled day waiting for what I ordered.

This is the second time I didn’t receive a package marked “delivered” by this company. Why would you leave a package outside of a multi- unit dwelling, instead of the mailroom that’s just a couple of steps from the LOCKED front door?! This company is horrible! Telling me now to contact the seller if I don’t receive my package within 2 business days. Really?!I blame Amazon as well. If I know beforehand that Lazyshi* was delivering what I wanted to order, I would not order it any longer. They need to drop this delivery company! My 13 year-old daughter spent her saved money to buy her dad a birthday gift and she cried because he never got it.

Can your employees actually start doing their job and delivery to peoples doors, luckily I have very good neighbors who pick up my package and advise me that it was left in the lobby, and what’s the point of having a customer service contact line or email if you never answer. God awful service! Package delivered to wrong house and they cant tell me where and that theres nothing that they can do. When asked to speak to with a supervisor the gentleman said I couldnt. I did remain calm but this is just terrible. Zero stars. I am having something delivered tomorrow and its unfortunate that I have to be worried about it going to the wrong house AGAIN. They claim they delivered my package on Sunday. My building cameras show no such thing. This is a fraudulent carrier service. I would not recommend at all. Lazy ship often marks packages as delivered when they haven’t even tried. My son spent 30 minutes in rainy weather looking for something he ordered only to have it arrive the next day. They are contracted by Amazon to deliver in a timeframe. And instead of failing and being subject to amazons recourse, discipline, or whatever- they claim a delivery was made. Amazon is satisfied that you got your package in the timeframe they said.In another scam I experienced w them. They said a delivery was attempted but couldn’t be completed because they didn’t have the access code to my gate. I have no gate, no code. I’m in NYC and the sidewalk goes from street to door. The package mysteriously showed up next day even without a code. It’s to the point where when I order from Amazon, if it says lazyshit is the carrier- I cancel…Nope!

Worse customer service ever. They returned my package to the seller with no delivery attempt made. Customer service rep couldnt give me a valid answer to my questions...when I ask to speak to a supervisor apparently a request was suppose to be made in order to speak with someone.

One time error I would understand but multiple times of delivered packages going missing is insaneeee to me. I have tried to contact them and to no avail. I checked the building cameras with my super and no delivery ever came in on the day that they state. They are thieves because I had a package 2 days before with them and it was left at my door with image proof. So where was the proof for the delivered package. So I ordered a package from fashion nova and it was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. Monday morning I received an email saying that it was delivered the day before. That was on a Sunday and I was home all day that day. I called the company saying that I got a email saying that my package was delivered and that I did not receive it. They looked into it and say that it was and I signed for it. So basically whoever was delivering my package forged my name and stole my package. Looking at that reviews with this company I want to know why do they still exist. After calling fashion nova so many times I was reimburse my package and it was delivered by FedEx

I have been ordering from Adidas for many years now. All of the sudden they decided to start using this incompetent and low life stealing company. They obviously hire anyone to work for them. I have 8 cameras in my building . Numerous packages from them have said to be delivered but are all missing. The cameras do not show any truck or anyone approaching the building, doors, lobby etc. The packages are been stolen by their low life drivers themselves. I feel bad for Adidas because I am going to have to change to another sneaker company if they are going to continue to use this fraud of service. The reviews and the horrible things i have read here are all true, now that i have experienced this for myself I could feel for everyone here.

Worst shipping courier service EVER !!! They always do the least and sometimes not even go upstairs to the apartments to deliver but instead say they attempted to deliver it . They never have a set time for the delivery and just pop up out of nowhere when you least expect it and more than likely arent even home. Ive lost countless packages due to the carelessness of their employees the past few years. Whenever I order from a site and find out theyre the company delivering it I just get angry and stressed out. If I had a choice Id never choose them to deliver my packages again.

I ordered sneakers from Adidas for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. Fast forward to Monday June 14th when my package was supposedly delivered and handed to me. No such thing occurred. The laser shop driver not only falsely claimed that they handed my package to me they also falsified a signature. An “investigation” claimed to have concluded that the driver handed a pacakage to me. My building cameras show no delivery person even approaching the entrance. Scam of a delivery company. I have been forced to file a fraud case with my debit card because I out the cost of the sneakers I ordered.

Lasership (aka Lasershit) is the absolute WORST CARRIER EVER. With every “missing” or “damaged” package I have never received from them, I would only hope someone at their facility has a good supply of appliances and cleaning products and toilet paper at their home! They most recently “damaged” two of my packages back to back. I am still awaiting the refund to hit my bank account from the FIRST delivery they F-ed up and now two days after having to reorder what they lost, here I am another $100 out my account waiting for another return to be processed by the vendor for the reorder that Lasership “damaged” AGAIN. Companies MUST be losing money over this so I don’t get HOW Lasership is still operating.

I dread seeing my Amazon package being delivered by LaserShip. Its basically a guarantee that the package wont be delivered on time, if at all. They never read the delivery instructions - sending instructions through their website is a black hole. They mark packages delivered that arent. Ive had several packages never get delivered after being marked delivered, so stolen I assume. I have no idea what they consider a delivery attempt. If they do decide to deliver then their drivers are rarely if ever dressed in their company colors. This whole operation is a scam.

The worst!!! Contacted them that my package was never delivered to me by hand or at least in front of my apartment door. They left my package outside of my house with no clear secure location. Any random person could just go and grab the package which most likely happened because my block is not a safe area. Area is filled with thieves!

I ordered a game from Amazon and it was delivered by LaserShip. The package was left on my front door and marked as delivered except I never received it. The delivery person never knocked on my door instead they carelessly left the package in front of my door. Most people with common sense know there are certain buildings or areas you do not leave a persons package. Clearly this company has no regard for that and now I have no package. I emailed the company and they nonchalantly told me to take it up with the seller when they were clearly in the wrong. This is not a company to do business with especially if they are going to conduct business in this way. I do not recommend using them unless you don’t want your package to make it to its destination.

So what’s the deal with Lasership saying it delivered packages and actually did not! I cannot believe companies like Nike and Adidas continue to partner with couriers who lie about delivering packages. This is truly unacceptable!!!

These employees deliver your packages wherever they feel. If you don’t have honest neighbors, you will never see your package. I’ve had several problems with lasership. Apparently they must be paying there employees minimum wage, because they do not care about the customers receiving their packages, they just deliver them anywhere. Absolute trash. Paid extra for one day delivery for Amazon order. LaserShip couldn’t do it and said couldn’t leave package at my building. Which is absolute lie because we were home all day and packages from other deliveries are routinely left in the building. Looks like they never made the attempt and said couldn’t deliver it instead.

So they claimed my package was delivered on the 16th of April left at my front door. My three cameras shows no one ever came on my property to deliver anything. When I called the company they claimed it was a scanned incorrectly today on the 20th they claimed they can no longer find my package. So apparently they have thieves working as delivery drivers. This is NOT the first time I have had issues with this delivery company. Around Christmas time, they attempted delivery AFTER business hours after I told them that the business closed at 4. Then a current package I am waiting for now is 3 days late!!! There has been no tracking update. I called lasership 3 times and let them know the business hours. They said the driver was notified but obviously they dont care. Who do they have working there????? I always complained to the retailer. I understand everyone need a job but you dont need it if you cannot perform the duties!! Im sorry but they need to be shut down or get some new serious management. I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers and they shipped it through Lasership. I received an email saying my order was delivered and left in the mailroom. When I got home surprise no package was in the lobby aka mailroom. I called them and they told me to check with the seller and hung up the phone. Now I have to go a file a police report just so I can get my money back from Adidas, cause the item was stolen by possibly the driver. Why the hell is any company doing business with the scam of a company and cant be trusted.This is complete bulls---. Next time I need information from a seller about who they are shipping my item with. Whats wrong with trusted names like UPS and FedEx

Like many others, I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. Twice my item has been marked delivered, but clearly has not been. Both times it was left at front door but no one rang or knocked. I work from home and never had a deliver person come to my door. I reached out to Lasership three times with no response. Amazon customer service has replaced by item TWICE and none of the three packages were delivered. I am 1000% convinced they were stolen by the drive. I wish Amazon would stop using this service; they are clearly fraudulent and do not care about customers one iota.

First if they try to deliver it is the worst delivery ever if they finally get to you which is hit or miss. I ordered a rice cooker through amazon for my birthday. I was very excited about getting the rice cooker, which was on sale for 14 dollars, while it’s typically 20 dollars. I also ordered some other stuff, like a night gown, tea, and champagne gummie bears, cause I figured it’s my birthday, why not treat myself? Well, lasership delivered to the wrong building. You can tell because the picture they uploaded of the lobby is different than mine. It’s funny because the address is written in large letters. It’s very hard to mess up an address where I live, because everything is numbered. So I reported the mess up to leadership and got an email telling me they will launch an investigation and they will let me know in two days. This was Tuesday of last week. They additionally stated if I didn’t get a response, I should contact Amazon. What? So they will just choose not to respond to my evidenced complain? They are responsible for my items, I hate capitalistic Amazon, but in this case, Amazon entrusted them with their items. So today I finally realized I would likely not be hearing back from them and contacted Amazon. Luckily, they refunded me, but the item I wanted and was most looking forward to is no longer on sale, it’s now the full 20 dollars. Additionally, some other items are no longer for sale or are out of stock. I’m very disappointed! And now I’m afraid to order the same items because I’m afraid that amazon will use lasership again! Well that’s my experience with this company. They need to train their drivers better on locations. How do you mess up on a numbered street? I hate hating on delivery people, I know they are extremely important, especially during today’s time, and at the same time, I feel that this experience with them was unacceptable. Ordered something from Amazon on Monday, due for delivery WednesdayGot tracking all day Wednesday on the truck, out for delivery, on the truck, out for delivery, multiple times in Queens. My delivery was to another borough. Finally around 8:30 pm, updated tracking in my borough with attempted delivery, will try again tomorrow. I was home, and never saw a delivery person.Called Thursday; CS rep said delivery was never attempted, and she didnt know why the driver wrote that, but I would get my package tomorrow (Friday).Today is Friday.Get updated tracking this morning that my package is undeliverable.Absolutely the worst.

Constantly getting notifications that my package is delivered when I am home and nothing arrives. Rude staff who do not read the instructions on packages.

This delivery service needs to retrain their drivers or fire them. They THROW peoples packages onto property, DO NOT RING DOORBELLS, and dont even speak when you inquire as to why they throw the packages. This company is a scam. I ordered 2 times from Walmart and they used this delivery company and on both times my package was missing. Walmart said that it was delivered they even have the picture of the delivery, but I never got anything. My guess is that the driver takes a picture and stills the package. Today I am waiting for the replacement of my missing delivery, if I dont get the package will do BBB complaint for this company and for Walmart that uses them.

In Georgia a deliveryman opened all my packages during xmas, and left what he didnt want at the door, then Amazon tried not to reimburse me for $500.00, then in New York, the driver claims to be running late, then the next day, they claim to have delivered LASERSHIPS LOGISTICS TEAM IS A FAILURE ALSO. 2.23.21 UPDATEThe Super from the apartment building that is 6 doors down from me rang my doorbell this morning with an empty box from ULTA that was found near the roof of his building. My package, which ULTA stated was delivered to me, was actually delivered to the WRONG address AND subsequently my items were stolen out of the box.Addendum:I had an Amazon delivery that did NOT show UP yesterday February 18. Guess who is the carrier. LASERSHIP!!!! The tracking says that it was delivered yesterday and that I SIGNED for it! A bold face LIE! At this point I think these people are stealing packages. I cannot come up with any other answer. Its shameful that LASERSHIP is still in business and companies continue to use them with all the complaints that they receive from consumers.This could easily be a complaint about LASERSHIP, but the vendors who. continue to utilize them to deliver packages are equally responsible. They have 100s of complaints,and yet they are still being contracted to deliver peoples packages (ones that in most cases weve payed our hard earned money on). Ive had two separate instances with LASERSHIP, one with Amazon, the other with.ULTA Beauty. Both instances involved LASERSHIP stating that a package was delivered and it wasnt. Most recently I received an email from ULTA stating that my package was delivered the prior Saturday (today in Monday). There is no package anywhere to be found. I was home all day. LASERSHIP states that you must open up an investigation where they will check for a photo of the delivery location (UNLESS THE PHOTO IS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY). Guess what: THE PHOTO IS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY!! in this case. To me that means that you really didnt even deliver the package AMIRITE? What kind of shabby business practice is that? Wouldnt you demand of your delivery people to take a good quality photo to prove you are actually delivering the package given that you HAVE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS lodged against you? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I am out of my products that I ordered,, which can be replaced. What can not be replaced? MY TIME SPENT TRACKING PACKAGES THAT YOU CLAIM YOU HAVE DELIVERED! Shame on you LASERSHIP, and Shame on you ULTA BEAUTY and AMAZON for continuing to utilize this SHAM of a company.

How does this company still exist??? They should be banned, fined, shut down. Every time I have my Amazon package handled by them for a delivery, there are delays and issues. Every. Single. Time. Unable to deliver - what does it even mean? I am always home, there was no attempt. Shame shame shame.

Terrible service and will falsely sign packages as delivered .I hate that Amazon uses them . Frequently an issue with deliveries.

Theives!!!!!! They never deliver packages. The claim it has been delayed. Then they claim the delivery was made @2am. I never receive my packages when Lazership has them. I notified Amazon they stated what they can do will be to forward my feedback to the shipping department regarding Lasership, however requesting the deprioritation of Lasership will be denied. They say there are no issues and it appears my orders were delivered. Are they saying I’m stealing my own packages? This is seriously unprofessional!!! Amazon should be ashamed of themselves. Lazership is amongst the vultures taking advantage of the the American People during this time of need and Amazon is assisting them!

I wish there was an option to give this company 0 stars! I placed an order on November 9th and received a fake tracking number. I was reaching out to them and the company I placed the order with and nobody responded until a month later stating that the package was delivered on September 8th and sends a picture of my package at the wrong door! How can I receive my package before I placed my order? Once I informed them that it was the wrong door they denied the claim saying that it was right around the corner and I should check with neighbors! How can I check with neighbors when I never received a correct tracking number and no customer service when I first notified the company. It’s a disgrace! This company has no integrity at all!

Every time I order from these people through Amazon I NEVER get the package on the day I’m told it would be delivered . It’s either delivery attempted (even though I’ve been home all day tracking and waiting ) or delivered and left at door ( never delivered ) I’m sick of this !

Hello! I just wanted to say I had a lovely call with Tom at the Call Center. He said he’s the only Tom at the Call Center and he did a wonderful job of helping me out with my package problems. He really made my night and it was one of the most pleasant conversations I’ve had in a long time 🙂

All the stories are true about them, they say they’ve delivered your package but they never came in the first place and they fake your signature. Old Navy should stop using them, just got my refund yesterday thank god.

This the second horrible experience with them. They marked my package as delivered left at front door. Mind you I was home and no one knocked on the door. I live in an apartment building so there is no secure place to leave a package. Then I cant even find a customer service number for them. Their service is horrible and unacceptable! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau!

Package says delivered and left at lobby. No one rang my doorbell. No one knocked on my door. No package in my mailbox. No package at my door. Either Lasership stole my package or left it ON THE STREET to be stolen. What kind of business are you?

Worst carrier ever. Their drivers just hand packages off to anyone they see. In the street or anything. No professionalism at all. I would give ZERO stars if possible. This company is the worst. They leave packages anywhere. And I mean anywhere. My neighbors often find their packages sitting besides the trash IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING in NY. Who does that.

The worst ever! I have never received a package they were suppose to deliver. Always a problem.I would recommend to not use them.

Amazon used this service to deliver a $250 item. Lasership delivers it to the WRONG HOUSE and sends a confirmation photo of the wrong house number. Lasership customer service will do nothing about it and tells you to contact Amazon

I ordered a few things on amazon and the expected delivery was two days ago. I kept relieving emails that a delivery was attempted but not successfully because no one answered the door. I have literally been home 24/7 and know for a fact that my bell rings since three other people used it successfully in the last two days. I’ve ordered tons of items off amazon and they are always deliver promptly when sent through other carriers. I really think lasership doesn’t even attempt to deliver the packages.

There is nothing good that can be said about this company. They falsely claim attempted deliveries EVERY time Amazon uses them to deliver to my New York City home. I have concluded that this is to make it appear that they were going to deliver the package on the scheduled date but it is just a front. My NYC apartment building has state of the art cameras.so it is easy as pie to confirm that they have lied time and time again. I wish Amazon would stop using LaserShip all together. I will be ordering from them less and dropping prime if this continues. Unfortunately, you dont get to see who they will be using as the shipper until the order is on its way. Shoddy, shameless company.

I ordered 3 items 2 screen protector for iPhones and a Gameboy charger but they have come yet but yesterday it said that it was delivered so I checked Amazon and it said Your package was left at the front door or on the front porch. So I checked the mailbox and nothing was there I checked the door to go outside and nothing was there.

They signed for my package and claimed it was delivered!!!!! No one even attempted to deliver my package. Customer service was more then horrible with the “investigation “ only to say it says it was delivered and to contact who I ordered from. There’s no need to contact the store if the order was actually delivered!!!!!. So now I’m losing out out my clothes and money....update... I contacted the bbb and im getting a police report .
