I had a good experience here. I brought in a DHL package, I’ve never used DHL or shipped internationally before. The guy at the counter looked at my package and explained to me that I had done a couple things wrong with the paperwork. I fixed it, came back, dropped it off, and the package got to its destination just fine.

Had an extremely important package stolen by DHL. Package was scanned. Sent some where else and scanned. Then never scanned again. And they feel refunding the price of the shipping is a sufficient response. Completely unacceptable and I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I went to this location today and had zero problems. Staff was helpful. Sent a package to Pakistan. I went around lunchtime and service did not take long at all -glad it wasnt crowded. after reading all the bad reviews i was initially skeptical but decided to go anyway and witness for myself. Glad I did. Reviews are a good help but I always will say see for yourself.

Claims to make passport photographs according to foreign country-specific requirements, but does not. Photos look fine but do not meet requirements. Hopefully, does standard US photographs and shipping better.

I live around the corner and print shipping labels at least once a twice a week ... every time its a different price depending on who is standing at the front .. Im on the computer for maybe 30 seconds and print 1 sheet.. not sure why some of the time its $2 for that and some of the time its $1.. its not a big deal but its obvious theyre just pocketing the dollar or 2 as one time the guy was pissed at me for having a $10 bill because then he had to open the register so obviously had to actually ring it in. I dont want to give even $1 to a business that arbitrarily does what they want so now I invested in a printer.

Used this address to try and ship a $600+ parcel. It took weeks just to get them to cut me a tracking number and my parcel wasnt even shipped. Not to mention they are extremely disrespectful to their customers. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

I purchased a package with a return envelope to and from Honduras at this location for close to $300. The return envelope was from an address where DHL does not do pick-ups and where there are no DHL locations, which was obviously not communicated to me by the employee who sold it to me. As a result DHL in Honduras refused to accept the envelope. I have been calling DHLs international help line for almost a week to try to sort this out. Honestly, I wish I could just get a refund and start a new shipment through FedEx. AND this is a very time sensitive package for a court proceeding! This is totally unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH ANYTHING IMPORTANT! These people do not know what they are doing.

The staff are incredibly rude, lazy and unhelpful. I would avoid this center, it’s an awful experience just trying to send a simple package!!

I am so mad right now. I literally just called the 228 45th st dhl number to ask if I can pick up my order since I missed the package 2 times and As I was talking to the man he hung up the phone and told me to go call somewhere else. I feel so disrespected right now. This is bad service

I asked an employee there the rates and he hangs up on me 3 times and said I was the rude one for complaining to him for hanging up on me. He was literally yelling at me for 5 min straight. This happened an hour ago. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Dropped off 2 packages Wednesday evening to ship that night via DHL. Went back on Friday to drop off another package, and saw my first 2 packages sitting on the floor. Apparently the clerk decided not to send it, and didnt notify me. Now I am at serious risk of losing business.
