I have not had my knives sharpened here, so I cant speak to the quality of the actual service. However, I can attest to previous comments about how difficult it is to get a hold of anyone and actually have this service rendered.I emailed Ato on Tuesday to ask about cost and how/when to drop off knives and got a response that same morning about cost, but no details about drop off. I followed up immediately with an email asking to schedule a time for Thursday. On Thursday, not having heard anything back yet, I emailed, called, and texted the number for this business (listed on their own website) and did not receive any answer. Its now Friday, and I still have not heard back.

I must say, I was completely satisfied with Ato knife 🔪 service. Reliable, professional and informative. I would recommend Ato service to all!

Great sharpening guys, they pick up my knives from my office and deliver back to me the next day, delivery fee is free too, their priced are reasonable too for their work. highly recommend.

Not a business, nothing here, number doesn’t work

I got to the store at opening hours and the door was locked. The sign says pop up spa. Not Ato knives. I called on 2 different occasions at opening hours and nobody picked up. I got a text later saying he would call me back later. This place is not worth thinking about.

Amazing service and fair prices! So happy to discover this place, got 2 of my everyday knife cleaned and sharpened in only one day!

Amazing service and reasonable price. I used to go to Korin all the time for knife sharpening and now I’m switching to ATO permanently, these are real chefs/knife masters that sharpens your knife for you, couldn’t ask a better person to do the job! They sharpened 3 of my Japanese knife ( one being chipped, which they fixed to a mint condition) in 2days, korin usually takes 5days.They offer great price and service if you need your knife sharpened don’t hesitate to try them out.

I have a great knife to sharpen Japanese knives, so I was very impressed with the very happy and fair results, just like the Tsukiji market I used to go to Tokyo.High recommendation for knife sharpening.
