Review №1

I had a 10am appointment, at 10:20 the doctor had not shown up to work and I had been waiting in the waiting room form 35 minutes because I came early to fill in my paperwork. While waiting, I heard the front desk worker coughing repeatedly but calmed my concerns thinking that we all need to wear masks indoors. However, when I got up to talk to her, I realized she was not wearing her mask correctly. When I calmly told her that I was uncomfortable by her not wearing her mask correctly because I could hear her coughing, she responded with a rude attitude that it was because of allergies. We are in a pandemic and I was in a healthcare setting. This is unacceptable and an indicator of hygiene practices within this practice. I left because I felt both unsafe and disrespected.

We got a cranial helmet here, and were very disappointed with the quality of the fit, even after coming in several times to have it fixed. They used a Starscanner which is an old technology that scans slowly and cant adjust for head movements during the scan.
