I had booked a model through the agency about a week before our shoot. and asked specifically for a Miami-based model. A few days after booking, I learn that the model is based in Orlando, which obviously complicated all the logistics. After asking the agent and model if they could push the shoot by one day, which they booth agreed on, the model decided to cancel on the day of the shoot, without a single apology or email. The agent seemed to find this normal and kept accusing me when I called in disbelief, finally hanging up on me. Totally unprofessional agency and talent and rude agent. Stay away, there are plenty of great other agencies in Miami.
