Hype Solutions is an amazing company. Ive been working alongside them for a while and they have an energetically contagious environment. They have a work hard and play hard company culture. Everyone on the team is inspiring, goal driven, and motivated. Its fun to be in an atmosphere where everyone enjoys what they do. The office has a creative and fun dynamic.

They lied to me from the beginning about the job and only until the fourth day did I find out it was sales. That’s not what I applied for. So crazy to see the waiting area full of people. Very disappointed. They start off with saying an Account Coordinator and Client Service Representative position is open but really it is a door to door salesman position for their new client Quill. Not worth your time.

Upbeat environment and a team oriented atmosphere. Most suitable for building skills and experience especially for anyone entering a new industry.

Liars and frauds. They lied to me from the beginning about the job and only until interview 7 did I find out it was sales. That’s not what I applied for. So crazy to see the waiting area full of people they lied to and thinking they are interviewing for this make believe job. If you look at the other reviewers of this company they review other companies saying they work there too. You’re employed at 10 different agencies at once? Interesting.

Love the positive work environment. The staff is also very personable and fun.

There are a number of red flags to watch out for:1) They text you without you giving permission to communicate with you in this fashion. (illegal business practice)2) They harass you on email and text if you dont respond. I received three separate emails and three different texts from them.3) They (attempt) to use scare tactics in their communications (e.g. I love your resume but we are only available to interview tomorrow.) And if you dont respond, they try to amend their previous comms (e.g. Turns out that we do have more room to interview applicants. Can you come in tomorrow?)Word of advice to job seekers: if a company wants you to come in *tomorrow* and it must be tomorrow, dont do it. Every self-respecting company (even an agency) would phone screen you first, so they dont waste their time talking to an entire pool of applicants

Its easy for an agency to be cordial but the team at Hype makes you feel like family.

CEO is a cool dude, environment pretty energetic. Alot of room for growth but its like a buffet you can take all you but nothing is given.

Working with the hype team here in New York has been an amazing experience. Great leadership and management team relationships with everyone.
