I went with my mom so she could ship out a package that needed to be returned. Other than the fact that there was no moving air in the building such as a fan everything was fine. I believe the womans name was Margie or Marge and she was very helpful in helping to weigh the items and tell my mom how to properly tape them shut to ensure safe delivery.

No, such thing as Express service. I had to cancel my business meeting. Because the only answer I received was its supposed to show up some time on 7th of June around 1530hrs . WHEN I asked to speak to a manager. All I heard was a click. Extremely unprofessional behavior from service providers.I was also surprised by the lack of communication between the driver and delivery service. When I was informed that my package was too arrived at a certain time. My buzzer was rang, I stated I was on my way down stairs. There was my package left in hallway without a signature or text it was delivered.
I gave the guy my tracking number and drivers license, and he gave me my package. Quick and painless!

DHL is an awesome shipping company--the best in the world as far as Im concerned. And this location is no exception.I had a package shipped to me from Hong Kong via DHL. It was coming to my office, which subsequently closed. Easy enough, I was able switch the delivery to a pick up at the nearest DHL office in 10th Avenue.I was literally in there for a few minutes and I had my package--in perfect condition no less!!Thank you DHL!!! And thank you to the people in the 10th Avenue office!!!

The Worst experiences, I had a shipment coming from China it took one full week and it arrived at the ctr and sitting there for a few days in ny and no one caring or you can talk to......... the worst...........

I live across the street from this DHL and for some reason they’ve recently installed a siren that goes off every time one of their trucks enters or leaves the facility. It’s incredibly annoying and makes it impossible to sleep through then night. PLEASE do something about this.

I went there to send a package overseas. I do not send a lot of packages out of the country, but I worked with a guy named, Jimmy. He was amazing! He helped me through the whole process and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He took pride in his job and helping me. I hope that DHL recognizes this man for his hard work as this station does not have a lot of positive reviews and if everyone was a Jimmy this place and the world would be a different place. One day I had packages coming in from a variety of couriers so I stayed home to receive them. All of them were delivered successfully except the one from DHL. The status was updated to delivery attempted - no one home but I was home the entire day and received my other packages with no issues because the other couriers were able to press the buzzer for my apartment, but not DHL. I then requested that it be sent to their 10th ave location for pick up and the status got updated to contact DHL - they had sent it to a completely incorrect DHL location. Total nightmare.

They do not show up to drop packages off. A note is never left to show me they actually showed up. Recently I was suppose to receive a package on Dec 22 and they never showed up. I scheduled for a pick up at the service point and they informed me it would be available for pick up on Dec27. I called today Dec27 and customer service informed me that my package would be delivered to my house today. I told her why would my package be delivered today to my house if I scheduled a pickup. She said they messed up. I told her they never come to my house so once again I am suppose to wait for a package to be delivered that will not show up. What is the point to have the pick up service option if they can not even follow through or actually leave it at the facility. I told her so when they do not show up again at my house and if I schedule again to pick up will it actually be there. She said she can’t guarantee my package will be at the pick up facility! This is highly unprofessional.

Not sure why they called this an Express point because it took me about 45 minutes to get a couple of shipping supplies. Not sure why they keep their supplies hidden in the back but I had to wait on line for 45 minutes to ask for a couple of envelopes and soft packs and even then it took the guy a couple of times to get it.
Couldnt deliver my package due toAdverse weather conditions. I wasnt even informed. Checked the tracker, package was out for delivery from 12 pm to 7 pm, then the status changed to delivery scheduled. Meanwhile, all other postal workers are delivering packages on time. Now my package is sitting in a location literally half a mile away from me because they somehow couldnt get through the two day old snow. Somehow the weather was good enough to overnight my package from China, then ground ship it to NYC from Cincinnati, Ohio, but too adverse to make the actual delivery?

When I went to the store I saw that the delivery guy left a more saying that he came at 8am and no one responded and that hell be back at 12pm, I never heard my bell ring not did he come at 12. This company should just die and roll over to a better company like fed ex or ups or usps. Or that delivery company that hires people with bikes and their own vans
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These people made the same mistake 3 times. Im not sure if that was even possible. DHL should stand for Dumbass Hideous Ludicrous.They got my address wrong 3 times, even after I called them every single time and gave them the right address they gave the driver the same stupid address that was wrong. How stupid can these people be? My dog is smarter than these idiots because once I tell my dog not to do something, he doesnt. I hope this reaches out to future possible DHL customers. You can fix mistakes and you can improve on weaknesses but you can never fix stupid.

10/30My package was supposed to arrive yesterday. It was out for delivery before 11am. At 8:30pm, the tracking status updated to delivery attempted. consignee address closed. What? The delivery address is the apartment building where I live. I didnt even use an abbreviation. The package got all the way from China to Cincinnati in one day, then to New York, but the local DHL guys apparently dont understand how to use Google maps. I contacted the sender, and they said DHL couldnt find me. WOW. I know its upper Manhattan and all, but its a plainly written address on a normal street.10/31This continued to be a nightmare. Though I requested Wednesday morning that they leave it with the super (the day after the weird message and the seller saying DHL couldnt find me), I received another notice of attempted delivery on Wednesday, again with consignee address closed. I signed the notice, authorizing them to leave the package and left it on the buildings inner door Thursday morning. Thursday, around 1, Im out and see that the status has been updated to attempted delivery: recipient not home. I called and told them that I wanted them to leave it and had left the slip. They said they were reattempting delivery. So I get a call on the train ten minutes before I get home with a rude girl telling me the driver is there and cant get in the building because the super isnt answering. How is it that UPS, Fedex, and the Post Office can all get in buildings to make deliveries, but not DHL? I tell them I will be home in ten minutes, just leave it, try other buzzers. She said they need a signature. I tell her the slip is right there on the door.The punch line? I get home ten minutes later, and someone is moving in that day. The doors to the building have been propped open all day, and the new resident is in and out every couple minutes. And there is a final attempt slip pasted to my apartment door, (in the building, on the third floor).I called several times Thursday trying to get a redelivery, and was told they have refused any further deliveries. I have to go do DHLs job for them, as the other reviewer stated. These people are a sickening combination of incompetent, lazy, and dishonest.

Arrived and there was just no one available for 10mins. The guy stopped by and said he’d be a couple mins but then just disappeared.After coming back, there was a large line behind me and cause my item to be picked up was upstairs, I had to wait until he served everyone else, which probably took another 15mins.Perhaps a product of being short staffed but not a great look.
Useless!I was expecting a package and only knew delivery was attempted from an email. There was no door sticker and when I used their website to reschedule I received confirmation that delivery would be the next day at end of day. I even called the 888 number to confirm. All good.This next day was the one and only time they left a sticker on the door, reminding me they needed my signature. The time of attempted delivery? 11:30am. What happened to end of day? So I taped the sticker up the next morning with my signature and the printed email, writing the question what does end of day mean? When I came home from work, the sticker and note were gone, no package. What? Another phone call and reschedule, again the next day, I left a note with signature, no package, no sticker.Is this job really so difficult? Because UPS never seems to have any problems! I get deliveries all the time!Now, after an email saying they had made all attempts allowed and threatening the packages destruction, I have to go pick it up. On 10th Ave near the Javits Center! And yet, somehow, I suppose this is less inconvenient than the ridiculousness I have just endured...Will be sure from now to enquire delivery method if I order anything from a new source...

Unacceptably long wait to pick up a package. Only one woman working the counter - and with 5 people in line, she put up a will return in a few minutes sign and disappeared, saying simply I have to get something upstairs. I dont know what she was doing upstairs for 10 minutes, but how can DHL be ok with leaving the counter unattended with a long line?Additionally, a man had to send a package abroad, and rather than helping others in line, she just waited for him to finish filling out the ENTIRE customs sheet, taking over 15 minutes, before disappearing upstairs.DHL, get your house in order. Dont understaff locations, and dont let your staff wander off with (now 8) people in line. We receive DHL packages from China every week, and you had better believe that if there was ANY other express currier that our manufacturer used, we wouldnt be using DHL.Avoid this location if at all possible.

Felt like I was never aware of package delivery times. First time was at 5pm, next was 1pm, last was 12pm. I had to call off work after the first attempt thinking they would come at 5pm again, but they came at 1pm. So for the last attempt I was sure to be available by 1pm, but they came at 12pm. Im confused as to why they dont give you a set time to look forward to.

I am amazed at the inefficiency of this company. There are 3 other people waiting for lost packages. They lost my package, was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, been waiting 1h. They still cant find it.

A package was sent to the wrong address, human error of the DHL driver. Important documents have been lost when sending packages via DHL EXPRESS. The website marks as it was delivered but the security cameras we have at home do not register anyone delivering the package. Very bad service!
