Exceptional!! I have been very lucky to work with Milad and the whole team at NYES on a new art project that requires machine embroidery, and they have been a dream, from start to finish. This is a place with excellent follow through, great attention to detail, and friendly and generous service. I cant wait to work with them again! Super recommend.

When I was working with Flor et.al; we worked with NYES for countless collections. The in-house embroidery and digitizing are amazing, but we always get all our pleating done here! Their attention to detail is why we came back every-time.

It was hard to talk with the correct people at times and at other times, they didnt respond back immediately. I understand that, they are busy and also because of Covid. I sent in my prototype as they requested because they couldnt get an example of what I wanted from pictures. I thought that was a bit odd. I was trying to make some embroidered womens accessories. It was an easy thing to make. After telling them I would have to delay my order, they understood. After sometime, they sent me an email checking in. I decided to get my headbands back. They made me pay for shipping to have it returned to me. I was a bit put off by this. I send things to clients all the time and never charge them for a situation like this. Or just really in general. I was going to place an order till I had to pay $15 to receive my products returned crushed. I was able to fluff them out but still. I contacted three other companies and they were confused as to why I was going to send them my prototypes. They said it was just easy to look at the picture and recreate it. I placed an order with one of the companies. They were significantly cheaper than NYES, especially their samples. I was able to order more designs and a bigger quantity of items.

I have fallen in love with NYES!Michelle and Robert and their kickass team have been so supportive and accommodating amidst these chaotic times. I am so impressed with their professionalism and tenacity. Their work is clean and spot on. I look forward to working with them in the very near future!❤️

One stop shop for many embroidery/textile needs and open to figuring out how to create new ideas together! Also a great selection of swatches out front to collect inspiration from. They are willing to do smaller projects/trials, however on the costly side for sampling one off pieces. Worked with them for many projects for both personal work and industry work and produced high quality results. Great resource!

Had a good experience with a relatively small order. Nice job done on the embroidery, and the turnaround time at standard pricing was better than what was quoted by other companies for a rush order. They were also up front in letting me know whether the job would be possible (embroidery of a backpack with thick material that another company agreed to do then could not complete). Would recommend.

Work with clients big and small. Nice to have such a great resource in the city.I needed a very last minute embroidery fix for one of my clients. Not only did they undo and redo the embroidery, but they stitched everything back up and made it look perfect ...and on a short time frame.

Horrible experience. missed the deadline by 2 days and i had to babysit them in the lobby to keep them working since they fell behind on other jobs. but listening in on other client with their own problems and production issues. they basically treat everyone with a take it or leave it attitude. I lost my contract because of their mishaps. my advise if you are a small fry then go for it. you probably do not have a deadline. but if you have a deadline then be prepared for them to not complete on time and lie to your face.
