I work in lighting design and had a lamp for a client sent to me. When I opened the package the lamp was missing parts and completely in pieces- I brought it into Safety Lamps Repair and they were incredibly helpful in coming up with a solution for the lamp. They did beautiful work, were easy to communicate with, and genuinely lovely people. Thanks so much! Will absolutely be using them again for future projects.

I recently brought a treasured lamp that had been in the family in for repair and and was amazed at the level of care and service I received from Ron. He spent time telling me about the lamp and giving me various options along with cost, including if I were to just buy a new one elsewhere instead. I so appreciated his perspective and understanding in helping me work out the best scenario for the repair. It came out lovely and sturdy and now I know I can enjoy it for many years to come. He also was very responsive in unrelated electrical questions with no direct benefit to him. I felt him to be very trustworthy and his his prices to be fair. I have already recommended him to others I know!

I brought a Tiffany style lamp that has been an heirloom in my family for so many years to Ron as I broke a panel of the glass years ago. I’ve always felt so guilty. Not to worry were the words I heard.He worked absolute magic and repaired it so it is better than I ever remember. RON is a LAZY scam artist who doesnt want to work. The work is VERY cheap and sloppy.Fixed a lamp only to have it malfunction soon after.VERY rude and unnecessarily expensive. The guy is on drugs or something.

Ron was so helpful modifying the lighting fixtures for our Tory Burch locations. Thank you again!

These people tried to charge us $140 to rewire a lamp and $400 to convert a hanging lamp from ceiling mounted to plug in. Dont go here.

Get a second opinion before you proceed. They charged over $240 to change a light bulb.
