This place should have 10 stars!! I had a very urgent project to print out with a short turnaround time. They had everything done beautifully and well packaged. My resume was done on gorgeous paper in full color. Please support this place and don’t go to FedEx!!!

So impressed. I needed a last minute printing job, and Alison was able to get it done within an hour! Also, prices were fair. Will for sure be coming back here next time I need something printed, thanks so much!

Absurdly expensive, $3 per file plus x per quantity

The price was good, thats what I thought first. But this turned out such a bad experience. First all, they dont response email right away. Ive received a reply 4 days later after I called them. A person who took my order was really rude. I ordered my business card with all my information in my very first email. But this lady (Alison) keep changing, took the old font from my old business card, she was going to print 1 side-my new business card, other side-my old business card. Why???? I simply wanted to order one-sided print new business card. Well, she misunderstood what I wrote about details after many emails exchanged, and then she changed everything as she wanted, sent the another proof with total different one. (She copied everything from my email signature. Again, WHY????) She ended up screaming over the phone, I dont have a time to do this!!! You didnt ask you that!!! Just see emails!!! Is this normal salespersons attitude? She didnt care the customer. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

I dont even wanna give one star. Super expensive and bad customer service. Overcharging customers is not a good way for you to survive in China town. Dont ever go to this print shop!!!

I discovered iDesign when I was attempting to have something printed at Soho Reprographics. As often before, I was told the job wouldnt be ready for several days so I stumbled upon iDesign and had my jobs done there. I was incredibly impressed with how professional, quick and reasonably priced they were. The print quality was great and the quality of the binding was too. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was very disrespectful, as I tried to explain what I needed done, the sales representative Laughed, and explained that she didnt understand. She was very rude and unprofessional.
