Best Business class Fiber provider and ISP that I have worked with professionally and by far the best in New York City. Premium service, speed, reliability - client for almost four years. Below I filmed a repair they did - In total, it was 45 minutes from the time I called to when they completed their project. Travel and repair included. At 5:30am. Amazing.

So far...so good! I was excited when MB came to my building recently, and was more than happy to give Comcast the boot. It took them a while (like three hours) to get everything working, but the installer was friendly and got it done. Granted when your competition is AT&T and Comcast, the bar is set pretty low, but Im super happy with the service so far.

Doug and Costas did a great job. Not only did they setup my new 1Gbps connection, but they also upgraded my phone jacks to Ethernet ports so I can hardwired in from every room in the house! Very fast and professional!
