I cant imagine ever going back to the standard ISPs available to businesses in Manhattan. We used to have recurring outages resulting in lost income, and reaching customer service was always a horrible process. I took over management of our teams ISP service and was so pleasantly surprised by Pilot and how great they are. They were so incredibly responsive and so helpful. Very friendly, and they are so easy to get on the phone for any questions!The city cut fibers somewhere downtown once and they updated me every couple hours and kept me in the loop with the repair. We were up and ready to go in less than a business day which was shocking considering it was a massive repair due to a third party. I wish my home internet provider was also Pilot!! If only!

I cant say enough good things about Pilot! When we were looking for an upgrade to gigabit fiber, all the other symmetrical options were at least double what Pilot was offering and required a lengthy contract. Pilot uptime has been close to 100% and the few outages that occurred were quickly resolved within a short time of being reported. All planned maintenance is always given early notification and is usually set to occur outside normal business hours.

We have Pilot for our office ( 5 Point Physical Therapy) in Chelsea. Honestly they saved us after having horrible service with Verizon. The pandemic hit and they helped us out again! Customer service is amazing. If you can switch to Pilot... do it!!!!!!

No complaints about the service, and really like the simple billing. But the part that stands out is the degree of communication we have received when there has been an issue (especially when they havent been Pilots fault). Getting frequent updates from actual people with real information (not just there is a service disruption) is enormously helpful in understanding what is going on and preparing staff. Aside from that the people at Pilot are always available to answer our questions in a courteous and professional way. Even when they must do hardware or software updates, the down time is minimal and they always notify us when this happens. They are a great service and I would highly recommend them.

As an IT Consultant with over half dozen NYC clients on Pilots service for Internet and/or VOIP phone service, I cant say enough good things about them.On the frontend, Pilots Sales and Support staff and Install Teams are professional, responsive and they bend over backwards to get things done.And where it really matters -- their backend -- Pilot is rock-solid - downtime is minimal (any maintenance is usually scheduled for off-hours) and outages for my clients over the past 4+ years have been rare. Comparing PILOT to other ISPs (VZN, Spectrum, etc) is no contest - line quality, uptime, ... you name it, PILOT is far superior.

We had Spectrum before for about $150 / month, it had so many issues. Issue such as slow internet speed (cause by someone change a connector on in the building) to just internet interruptions. When Pilot is in our building, we immediately change over and it is a dramatic increase in performance. You also get a direct representative that will get your issue resolve, not that there are any. Things just work. And if there is a planned service interruption, you get an email a week before, and they do that in the middle of the night.

I was very happy with there service and I will always recommend them to anyone, very helpful and good service.

Ive had Pilot for a couple of years, and its been the best ISP Ive ever used (and I used to work for one). I pay for 8/8 service but Ive never seen the performance drop below 30/30 (most of the time its even faster). The only outages Ive had have been when theres a power failure in NY. Even then, their status page was better at telling me whats going on with PG&E than PG&E does.Extremely satisfied!
