This company appears to be in a disreputable or otherwise nefarious arrangement with Big Brother and either (A) portrays businesses’ reviews in a dishonest way* or (B) provides uniquely unremarkable service and itself as a scapegoat to Google to circumvent . Google could explain that they’ve been too busy amassing people’s private data and manipulating information visibility to rake thorough endless lines of code, and had to contract outside vendors devoted fully to projects like syncing the 2.3k reviews and 4.4 stars on “Big Als Aquarium & Pet Supercentres” Google Reviews page with the seller’s “bigalspets.com” Google Shopping profile, including Yotpo, who are answerable for this type of impropriety. It’d make sense. Mass surveillance is a demanding endeavor, after all... but can/will Yotpro respond in its own defense?*displaying feedback in a seemingly haphazard (but undoubtedly calculated) manner that not only enriches big tech/biz/gov monopolies at the expense of smaller retailers, but actively sabotages the critically endangered competition by misrepresenting their true ratings and selectively including negative content while excluding positive content disproportionately. It enables Google to prey most easily on sellers who operate primarily through 3rd party platforms, don’t possess universally recognized names, maintain multiple brick & mortar establishments which receive (often irregular, widely dispersed) location-specific reviews, and/or have opted to participate in the scavenging “Buy with Google” campaign.

Amazing app for online retailers to thrive. They put the power of marketing in the customers hands and create a genuine relationship between the business and the consumer. Transforming business-to-consumer into business-AND-consumer! Pretty cool!

If youre not using Yotpo for your ecommerce website, then youre not doing ecommerce! One of the best software companies I have come across recently. Keep up the good work guys!

Saw some negative reviews for no good reason on here so we’re leaving a 5 star one. We use Yotpo on our website and it has helped our sales massively. When we ran heat maps on the site 92% of our visitors interacted with the reviews or user generated content scroll. We’ll keep renewing our contract with them as long as they keep killing it.

Spam spam spam spam. These folks just keep spamming all our email boxes with no unsubscribe button. Completely predatory, would never do business with such slimeball solicitors. Stay clear. No clue how they got my company info but the robo emails just keep coming. What a joke.

Shady business and annoying staff who are culturally incompetent. How has the government not shut down this business already? Oh wait, Trump is in office. AVOID!

Im sure the platform is great but it is SUPER overpriced and their sales people are way too aggressive and only care about exceeding their monthly quota.
