From the first week of using TXTImpact, our engagement increased exponentially and has allowed people to interact, reach out, and purchase our services far earlier than they ever did before with the pop-up chat feature. I also love that you can target certain groups (customers, leads etc) with specific, targeted messages via the website popup or by email. You can also save canned/saved responses that you frequently answer to save time, as well as create and attach help center articles to educate and engage your customers (way better than an FAQ!)

I like that I can send one text to all of our clients at once. I also like that I can create multiple texting groups for mass texts. I have one text group for our volunteers to pass on information about service opportunities and outreach updates. I have another text group for our clients that I use to pass on updates about community resources as they come available. Highly Recommended

Im pretty analytical and like to see the data. With TXTImpact, I have a point of contact (Dustin is my go-to). We speak weekly going over my websites performance, SEO performance and paid advertising performance. We brainstorm together on different ways we can reach our target audience. At any time, I can log onto the platform and see updated information and what new tasks theyve completed. It was a little slow going (but thats pretty typical) but after a couple of months Im starting to see good results!
