As long as we have been doing health insurance, we have never found any other lead company with precises quality. Our CPA is consistent and well below any other lead source out there. Not using them is simply a mistake!

I have been a avid client of Precise leads since 2005. My first experience was very customer oriented as we had the first public Insurance agency in the call center business health Benefits Direct. Under our umbrella we purchased leads for our five locations throughout the U.S. numbering over 150 agents and over 400 employees. Our CPA with Precise was simply the best in our facility, and every agent until even today utilizes Precise as their main transfer source and primary data lead for success. I have to say that the team really looks out for its clients and always does right by them. I have a great relationship with their executive team, and look forward to many more years with the progressive and successful synergy we have.

Precise Leads is a great place to get leads -- I have been totally happy with the Data leads as well as the Live transfers for Health leads. If people work with their precise agent and set up the filters that are good for them it will increase the quality of the lead for them and increase the conversion rate for them as well. I have done business with a lot of so called leads services and none of them have been as reliable over the long haul as precise.

Do not make the mistake of getting leads from them. They give out your leads to several others its not just to you. They say its real time but it isnt real time. Most of their leads are made up and when you call the number and they say it wasnt them they still dont refund you.Dont MAKE THE MISTAKE of signing up with them!

Im not sure how the leads are because I just got set up but just FYI Mike in sales will tell you whatever you want to hear to sign you up but once you do the story will change.I ask for a few bits of criteria regarding refund policy and his answer was we will absolutely work with you but after them taking my money the answer was not acceptable criteria.When I expressed my concern I was told if its good for Allstate it should be good for you followed by I thought you were good and competitive with what you do. As though my ability and my competitors should invalidate the my original concern.After feeling like I was bait and switched, I asked to turn off the automatic payments for the leads because in my mind this is not a company I feel like I can trust or want to do business with. The answer was I can lower the minimum reload and recharge amount. Mike refused to acknowledge if it was possible to stop the reloads and just referred my to account manager.This review is based on my experience with sales but not the leads themselves.But I can tell you there are many lead vendors out there that are transparent and do not leave you feeling as though you just got hit by some predatory sales tactics.

Attention Insurance Agents: Do not do business with this company. Their Leads have terrible contact rate and even lower conversion rate. Stay Away.

The leads are crappy! They quote you one price and charge you something else (more than quoted). They should shut down and go away! Horrible! Dont bother! And Tom Wickersham is full of 💩💩💩!!! Run the other way! Do NOT trust Precise Leads!!! F- in my book!!!!!!

My husband was a lead from this company. They sold his information to multiple insurance agencies, who then emailed us quotes for a vehicle we have not ever owned, using a made up birthday. When we called them to remove our information they told us that a friend must have pranked us and that they didnt have any information about us in their records. They were very rude, accused me of threatening them (when I, in fact, never said a word of a threat to them) and then hung up on me. I literally just wanted our information to NOT be sold to anyone else! Just a word of warning, if you want real LEADS, Do NOT do business with this company!

The only thing this company does good is write a contract that ensures you will not get a refund after they give you awful leads.
