Went in for eyebrow threading which is usually good, however I added a full face waxing / threading. The lady ended up scarring my face, I broke out and now have hyperpigmentation spots from the acne and irritation. Beware, this place probably uses old wax - whatever they did screwed up my skin. I don’t think the esthetician’s working are licensed and if they are they aren’t very good.

BAD EXPERIENCE. I went here for the competitive prices advertised for waxing services in the area. I made an appointment for 10 AM - I waited out in the street until the shop was opened at 10:08 AM. Then I had to wait for another few minutes while a customer was served before me. The waxing technique itself was good however during the session:1) I was asked if I wanted more areas done - when I said No thank you anticipating an extra charge, the lady muttered Oh but you need it which was extremely rude.2) I got a Brazilian and the lady said that the back area would be included in the price so I got that done as well. When it came time to pay however, I was told that was an extra charge - which I was not happy about.I had called the day earlier asking for a quote and I was told it would be $105 total - on the day I was told $110 because I got the back area done with the Brazilian (I had been falsely led to believe this was included in the original Brazilian price during the waxing). I didnt mind paying an extra $5.I was then chased down the street by the lady asking for a further $10 tip. I found this extremely unprofessional and overall I did not think the experience warranted a tip - they were late for the appointment, made me wait out in the street, served a customer before me when I had made an appointment, were rude during the treatment and had sneaky charges.I will not be going back.

Went for my eyebrows. It was quick and painless. They are very efficient and the price was relatively cheap. They do waxing as well as threading.

Went in for my brazillian. They use hard wax which is great. It did not hurt as much as the regular wax. I will do my eyebrows next time I come.

Very easy place to find. Most of the time I am able to walk in without and seated without waiting, and get in and out (just eyebrows) within 5-10 minutes. Simple and always a friendly staff.

Quick, cheap and nicely done! . In 15 min they did threading in my whole.. Looking good for $23 dollars its a miracle in midtown

I have been to several threading salons in the city and I have never seen a place that charges only $5! I was a little skeptical at first but I went in anyway. I got the eyebrow threading and the lady was fast and good. It was slightly painful but it is the same wherever you go.I was done in less than 5 minutes and my eyebrow was clean and shapely. Great result!

First time going here and getting threading. Was fast and loved the way my eyebrows came out!!! My daughter also had hers done as well they came out great!! We are coming back again!

I had a bad day and just wanted to relax, but I went into the wrong salon for that. What a strange place. All bright lights and decorated like a barber I should have just turned around and left. Instead I went for a facial. First they tried to sell me the more intense facial for bad skin. Seriously, i barely have skin problems, so there really is no need fr that. then they asked me to undress. Uhh? Turns out the facial involves quite a bit of shoulder and upper chest massage. Not really my thing. The whole thing felt like a rough face massage, not a facial. Sometimes I thought she just enjoyed slapping me in the face. During this whole time I could hear whats going on outside and the girl who was doing my treatment was talking to her friend through the walls. Relaxing it was not.

Had a great experience here with Sonam. I was able to get in right away without an appt during lunch hour. Sonam did a great job and was extremely friendly. I will be coming back here!

This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done. I got them done at another place and they were nothing compared to here. I 100% recommend this place to anyone. I always leave with an amazing brow.

Im writing this because I was unhappy in all of my 4 visits!I went for a basic eyebrow cleanup and chin wax. Thought the cleanup was done right, everything else is utterly inadmissible.1. She accidentally put wax on my lips while waxing my chin and very roughly pulled it off with a strip and my lip began to bleed :( She dint even tell me until I noticed it in the mirror. Very insensitive.2. When you walk in, they dont greet you well, instead they look at you as if you disturbed their little break/party.3. They are very insensitive towards customers, they dont listen to you. They just want to get done with you if there are customers4. My next time experience, not knowing that I understood what she was talking to her co-workers- she complained about my tip (15%) that too because after her attitude and work wasnt very good.

The worst place ever! Dont go here at all. They say they are trained but they are not trained. And the do the opposite of what you ask them to do. I asked for threading and they did a wax treatment on me and now my side of the face burns.

One word............. Sharon!!You may have to wait for her but it is worth it. I have been threading my brows for years and her detail and talent is what I would expect in a highend place. My brows have never looked better and they always come out perfect with Sharon.

WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET!!!!! I️ walked in, didn’t even say hello, the person threading my eyebrows was on her phone the entire time. And when I️ went to go pay, she jerked my credit card out from my hand and she tipped herself $5 and didn’t even say goodbye. I️ made a very awkward exit...do not go here!!!!!
