The office I was in needed to hire a junk removal company to do some junk removal in midtown Manhattan. They were fast, in uniform and polite. I would use them again on a monthly basis. The customer service was top notch.

Cleanout Express helped me clear out unwanted junk and debris from a studio I had for several years in Hells Kitchen. They were prompt, on time and very responsive to my needs. They have a great quality service and I want to share that with the NYC area.

Then to realize that the place was a rat pack onto itself. I mean its a feeling I wouldnt wish upon anybody in that situation. You are not even sure how to even approach what you have in front of you. Your prices were fair and reasonable but to me it was all about the response and the quickness to get the job done.What a task!!! Here you are on the 4th floor of this 60 year old building with no freight or service elevator and then you have to go all the way to the basement level. Then walk across 200 ft under the building to the walkway which leads to the ramp then up to the street level.I just want to thank Paul and his entire crew for a job well done. I cant thank Paul and his crew enough for doing the hard work it took to get the job done. They were fast and efficient in every aspect of their jobs. Paul and his crew were very professional in their endeavors. I got to know Paul well during our cleanout. Paul is a great asset to your team. Paul is very knowledgeable and a valuable employee.Well, maybe Ocean Parkway is gone forever but not the memories from all those years. A crew of 8 guys and 3 trucks pulled up and help clean out a 3 bedroom apartment full of junk from a tenant who was a hoarder. Great service and very professional! Highly recommend! Paul the rep was very helpful.

They came to us for a quote and was happy with the price and they do same day junk removal which is great. I would highly recommend them for any junk removal needs.

WOW my review was removed once I made a complaint to management. Dont use these guys. The guy who showed up to my office to give me a quote was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I had to tell him to leave my building within 5 mins because he was sexist (his first question to me was Is there a man who works here?) and then when I expressed displeasure at that comment he started raising his voice at me, telling me I had a bad attitude and you cant talk to people like that. But you can be sexist? And yell at a potential client because you lost your temper? Unacceptable. Making a scene in my office and at the same time losing a $2000 job for your company. Shameful

Impatient & unprofessional customer service. I called on pricing for a little basement which has some old furnitures and stuff need to be cleaned. The guy on the phone asked how much do I expect to pay. Since I had no idea about pricing while thats also the reason I was calling. When I said the basement is tiny, my estimated is $100 or more. This guys like Comon, you want to bring the dollar to me?? Who does it with a hundred bucks?! then he tried to hang up. As a result, I found another company which charged me $120 and I am very pleased by their work! Calm down boy, even if youre the only clean out service in town, learn to grow up, your type of service/attitude only hurts your own business. Learn to be nice with customers, instead of hanging with old-aged positive reviews.
