Totally obsessed with WeLive. Been a resident for 5 years and have had nothing but superlative, convenient service in excellent rooms with fantastic amenities. Plus, a Westville in the building! If I wind up moving back to NYC, WeLive will be at the top of my list.
Cancelled early booking without any explanation. we lost about 300 usd for just 3 days stay, because prices for our dates significantly increased.Update: 0/5 not even 1 starits not about cancelation fee or prepaymentwhen i made reservation other hotel prices was about 600-700 usd, now all them cost around 1000 usd. Im pretty sure that you known in advance that you will stop working as hotel, but was too lazy to update on booking.com
Great apartment. Its an office building converted to apartments, so dont expect much. However it had all the basic amenities. The location is also perfect, with amazing views of the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful with keeping our luggage after check out. The only negative is that check in is after 3 pm and check out before 11 am. 4 hours to clean an appartment?
This is the correct number. I called and got through immediately
Wonderful wonderful amazing experience!!! This place is like your home away from home.. Very comfortable, access to everything you really dont have to leave if you dont want to. BRIANA AND GENESIS YOU GUYS ROCK!! Thanks for the warm welcome and pointing me in the right direction on where to go.. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to NYC!! KUDOS TO YOU ALL at We Live at Wall Street.. ALL THE BEST, RICO D.🤗💙💜❤💚😊
Amazing place, wish I would have discovered it sooner. The customer service was excellent and highly responsive. The room was clean and ideal for what I would need. Highly recommend, WeLive has earned a returning customer ! :)
This hotel is an amazing price for the location and the amenities. Staff was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Well definitely be staying here the next time were in New York.Genesis was very helpful and ensured that we had a great experience during our stay.
Comfort and style! The bed/bedding was so plush I could hardly get up every morning. Chic decor takes away the hotel vibes and lets you feel right at home 🙌 staff were amazing, amenities cant be beat! And location location location! For the price, its unbelievable. We used the huge kitchens and the kitchenettes and loved the fully stocked lactose free creamers ! So much openness in the room because of the huge windows. The room feels like a whole apartment.
Stayed here for 2 years, really amazing building and community. Well taken care of and thoughtful amenities. Would highly recommend.
Just got home to UK after a fantastic week in New York. I would not hesitate in Recommending WeLive at 110 Wall Street, it was fabulous. The apartment was lovely and our two teenage boys loved their dens! Complimentary coffee in the mornings, a lovely terrace with hot tubs (that we werent quite brave enough to try). The location is fantastic - 5 min walk from NYC ferries, a 20 min walk from Brooklyn Bridge, 5 mins to the lovely South Street Seaport district. We even walked up the West Side to the High Line.Loved it - thank you!
We just got home and spent last night there. Its a wonderful place. We loved our 901 room in the ninth floor. Loved the view of the streets below. Room was clean and nice. From the time we walked in everybody was nice even getting in our room early before 3. Front desk the lady was very helpful with answering any questions I had. Only thing i would change is have a breakfast buffet in kitchen would be really nice. We went out to finally find a grocery place since it was our first time in new york. It was definitely worth it. I would stay there again. My husband loved the coffee in the kitchen and the cozy hallways were nice. It would be great to have a hot tub indoors or a pool. My kids loved the hideaway bed with the curtain. Only thing at end of stay I didnt get a receipt for stay. Prices were great for 5 people in that part of nyc a week before Christmas. Thank you again we will definitely stay there againStephanie peters and family
Very comfortable le and spacious and stylish too. Value for money. Front desk lady was not very nice but weforguve ;)
We stayed there for around 10 days in total, stretched over 3 weeks. The rooms are simple, but well equipped with a small kitchen and also have Multi-room WiFi Bose speaker. The Studio Double is even big enough to stay there for months and has a small sleeping nook which is amazing and a Murphy bed. Our bathroom wasnt cleaned when we arrived, but they took care of it really fast and cleaned it thoroughly. Also if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear them.Location is pretty good, few minutes to Subway (⅔) and a bit longer to other lines.Lots of included amenities, like Laundry, Arcades, Gym, Kitchens with Tea etc. Lobby is too cold and loud to hang around, but they have hallways with books and a bar where you can hang around.
Why do the girls at the front desk act like they own the place . Terrible customer service. They do not know nothing about business, very disrespectful unhelpful people. The ladies don’t even where a mask and literally spits towards me telling me about business.
Improve your lighting in the apartments. That’s my only criticism. In a good location, friendly staff. Oh and hoover your rooms i spent the whole week with bits of lint all over my black trousers.
A very nice place for staying in NY. you feel like at home. There are a lot of facilites and very comfortable and the best things was the hospitality of staff!
Only good thing is that the room is spacious. Otherwise dirty rooms, noisy and bad first impression. The reception area looks weird, you think you’re entering a pop up refugee camp. There’s a gap between the door and the floor to all rooms, so you hear everything from the corridors and elevators. Very bad construction and carpentry. All amenities are not complete.
Really good location. Spacious and clean apartment. Service a little bit cold but very helpful.
Bad customer service, the lady at the front desk has nothing but bad attitude.
Great room, I loved the location, friendliness of the staff and overall great weekend and experience, the accommodations. I definitely will rent another apartment from them when I visit NYC again.
Bait & Switch - We booked a 3BR apartment 6 months in advance and arrived the day of to find out they instead had us in a 1BR apartment with 3 beds. The 1BR wasnt even available to check-in at 3pm so we waited until 5pm to check into the room. No customer service
This place is great. I will be back for a 4th visit - soon.
Tried to contact multiple times. By mail and phone. Never came back to me. What a poor service. If there is no availability just write back that it is not possible. But just ignoring requests is bad service.
Customer service there makes the place not even worth staying there, girls at the front just makes you not even want to stay there . So Sad how such a nice place has nasty people working for them . Makes it Not worth the stay .
Girls at the front desk are so disrespectful, I would not want someone Like that working for my company, the bad customer service they provide is so bad for business.
Lady at front desk had terrible attitude, gave us nothing but bad customer service, everyone else was nice . I woke up with bug bites, also I seen how the building had rat traps .
The lady at the front desk had bad attitude and bad customer service, They told me to get rid of my dog because no pets are allowed meanwhile the employee told me I can bring a dog when I checked in, they seen me walking my dog everyday and the rude lady at the front told me to get rid of it ... they say that after one week of staying there and decided to kick us out . I didn’t have no problem with leaving because I woke up with a lot of bug bites and seen rat traps so I had no problem with leaving.
Stayed here woke up with bug bites and seen rat traps in hallway.
This place sucks. I wanted to move into a studio here and tried to reach out to them a million times but everyone told me to reach out this manager called Blaine who ignored me for a week already. Ok I get it, you are popular, so you can be snobby and ignorant. But it appears your only leasing agent is not doing his job which says welive’s management sucks too. How did he get hired in the first place anyway?
Very poor customer service. Arrived earlier and asked to check in early and was told I could do that, then the payment wasn’t going thru on their end and I had to wait until actual check in. Nothing friendly about the front desk service here.
The girls at the front desk give trash customer service, I’m looking at all the reviews and I’m seeing that nobody likes them . Which is sad . Company can’t doesn’t seem to care to fire those birds . Also seen rat traps in rooms .
Great location and great free coffee downstairs!
Ive emailed/called so many times for inquiries on 2 plus bedrooms and have NEVER received a response! It is mission impossible getting to talk with someone from we live and Ive been trying for two months! I dont get it. Doesnt welive NYC want my money?
I love this place
Great apartment and amenities
I loved this place.
Great location with a great location. Exactly the alternative that has been waiting for in New York with all the overpriced and run-down 5sqm hotels. Great location right on Wall Street with everything in the area that you need. 5 minutes walk from Wall Street station. Super modern apartments with everything you need. Great service and great common rooms including bar, library, kitchens, meeting rooms, roof cup with whirlpool including a great view. Hardly to beat value for money.
Excellent place..Clean, comfortable and very good service .. !!
The location is ideal for visiting southern NY (memorial. Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown ...)The concept of shared kitchen, games room, bar is original and very pleasant.Beautiful industrial and cozy decor at the same time. The effort of the hotel to respect the environment will be emphasized. Brief top!
Apartments are equipped with everything you need.A clean, comfortable and cozy place.Very courteous and inviting service.Parking in this area costs about $ 100 per day so it is not really recommended to arrive by car - although the place guarantees parking at $ 40 per day I had to pay about $ 400 for four days.
Traveling to NY with my family. Great location for both business and tourism. Nice apartment. Good friendliness. Price ... I recommend nonetheless
In comparison to the hotels in NYC cheap, larger rooms or apartments ... nice cool people ... communal kitchen and coffee, washing machines ... also recommended for longer stays. Location is great - and compared to the other offered still affordable.
325 usd per night
