DGA is a good security company. We have been using them for years. The staff is polite, efficient, and always available. It is easy to call them and they are very helpful. I feel confident our space is super secure with DGA.

We contacted them for service after reading all the positive reviews about their company. The sales guy was very responsive and gave us a quote that we accepted. We gave them all our information and paid all the fees up front. Needless to say after three months they have yet to start their services we already paid for. Their responsiveness went out the window as well. Now I regret canceling the service with the previous company we were using for the very same reason. Would not recommend at this point.

Very responsive, we have issues with our front door lock that causes frequent false alarms. They always check in with us every time, and make sure everything is ok before dispatching anyone to our location. It is also comforting to know that in the case of an actual break in, they will be quick to respond.

DGA makes you sign a contract and that they do not explain the ridiculous fees or explain nothing just normal sign and then they have some microscopic letters that you cant even readwhen we wanted to cancel due to there high fees they said i had to pay the 1 year in advanced meaning almost 50K + legal fees.They are the worst dont get them.
