Not responsive and no communication or follow-through. The owner also takes a very long time just to even respond to a simple basic email that takes no more than 10 seconds to fire off. Its one thing if you believe someone is ultimately not well-qualified for a role, but there is no need to ghost them and leave em hanging either. A simple thanks, but youre not who we had in mind for the job would suffice.

Unpleasant experience with Dan who contacted me about a position that he thought my resume was a good match for. After communicating with him that I am building my marketing skills at a night-time apprenticeship he asked Why that was necessary if I completed my degree? Which is funny because in this economic climate, building your skillset is not only important but NECESSARY to stand out among your peers. He didn’t even give me a chance to go through my resume as he felt it wasn’t a fit because of my background in marketing and the role was in customer service. Poor decision on his part.

A late review but necessary; As a recent college grad I was having such a hard time looking for a job. Ive had lots of hit & misses, mostly misses, with interview. After about 7 months of constantly applying, I got a callback from Triple Crown around November 2016 about a possible job opening that can help fit my needs. I remember interviewing with Victoria about the position which at the time was a temp to perm position. The interview went really well & Victoria made me feel comfortable as possible. Dan was also vital to throughout the process as well, although we had never met, his quick email responses showed me that he cared. Long story short I had gotten the position close to home & Im glad to say that I just made my third year here. This position had help me grow so much. Within the 3 years I have gotten two promotions, I have been able to personally travel to multiple countries & been able to start paying debt that has been accumulating over the year. All it took was a callback.Again I am beyond grateful for this opportunity. Triple Crown does not disappoint.

Primarily a resume and contact farming agency, conducted in a boiler-room style cold-calling fashion. Be prepared for high-pressure tactics, guerilla-style repeatedly requests for employer and colleague contacts. National, rather than regional agency, so mostly low-quality job prospects for those not intending to relocate. Low-balling rates and desperate tactics to contact you despite repeatedly expressing no interest in working with them.

I don’t have anything negative to say, Victoria was nice on the phone. I feel they are like any other agency, they send your resume out. If they don’t get a reply back from the company regarding your resume, you won’t hear anything else from them. I didn’t expect anything from them, never got my hopes up.

Without Triple Crown Staffing, I never wouldve found the job I have now. I have worked with other agencies similar to Triple Crown and none of them offered nearly as easy and streamlined of a process. Dan and his staff have been helpful through the whole process and have continually kept in contact with me whenever I had any questions or concerns. Go full time and permanent, no reason to be a temp. You most likely will have to take a excel test that is designed to push a desired answer and will be graded wrong if you use different method(stupid). I spoke to Dan, apparently he is the COO, for about 8 minutes and since Victoria wasnt clear that the position was for (I do Real Estate Accounting) he Hung UP on me. I also emailed Victoria about how ridiculous the excel test was and how it graded my answers even when they were CORRECT. I am sure many of the reviews are not real. Daniel, dont play with someone elses time and if you are not interested just be courteous. Companies like this should not be run/managed by tasteless people.

Dan and Victoria were very helpful - my experience with TCS have been positive.I was partly employed at the time, back in Summer 2016, when Triple Crown Staffing reached me. They called me while I was sulking in bed, pondering whether or not I should sell my organs due to the lack of response finding a full time accounting position. I had a brief phone interview with Victoria. she asked me about my work experience, and questions that are quite typical from a recruiting agency.I was told that they can schedule a couple of interviews for me as soon as I complete an excel / typing test. Victorias instructions were clear and she was pleasant to speak with. They scheduled interviews almost immediately and followed up often. It was within a couple of weeks that I landed on a position. I am now in a permanent role in a very interesting company.TCS have done more than getting me placed at a job - they gave my self-confidence a lift.

Dan was always very helpful and always responded immediately to all my questions and concerns. I found a position pretty quickly and would recommend the company.

I called earlier today and Dan Feit picked up the phone. I tried to find out if there was a high demand for hiring administrators in New York City since I wanted to relocate, but he immediately spoke over me (which was unprofessional) saying that he doesnt want me to take anything personal, but hes the owner of TCS and is very busy, rather than offer to either call me back to converse or have another employee to do so. He wanted me to send him my resume, but I do not believe that he can possibly handle serving any candidates best interest plus other businesses by being that busy. Im very disappointed that he would be the only guy running the whole business and not hire other professional staff to help his company serve customers properly over the phone in an ethical manner. Hope he stop trying to play superman and start hiring professional staff who knows how to communicate effectively with potential clients.

I had been employed part time for about 4 months when Triple Crown reached out over a position I had applied to on indeed. Dan conducted a mini phone pre-interview with me before I was invited to partake in an interview with the employer.Dan & Co. were great about maintaining open communication during my temp to hire months and were always available if i needed anything. No, we werent on the phone or having lengthy conversations every week, but thats because you are expected to eventually become autonomous--something that ought to come naturally to anyone who has ever been employed.It is now 10 or so months later: the employer hired me and I am making a higher salary than any other job Ive had in the past in a field I would have NEVER gained employment in had it not been for Triple Crown. Triple Crown Staffing helped me get my foot in the door and I just cant thank them enough. I would recommend them to anybody!Thanks Dan!

Really its no stars. Just like every other staffing agency, TCS is just a horrible experience and a complete waste of time... if not the worst. The owner, Dan Feit, has no people skills, communication skills, and hasnt helped when it comes to assisting in employment. I followed all of his instructions such as sending in my resume, doing excel skills test, etc. All I got in return was being rudely bum-rushed over the phone, unable to follow-up and ask questions, and told to send an email to communicate instead.Once again, I did as advised, and didnt hear back since. Ended up having to call once again and was told that theyre not working on entry-level jobs at the moment. This shouldve been emailed to me, and also, Im always flexible to work in other fields. :/ In addition, he said to continue emailing as a form of communication so he can continue to not reply back, low-balled my experience/skills/educational background, and was being defensive and rudely talking over me, trying to rush me off the phone because he was extremely busy and had a lot of work to do. Lies, cause in the end there are no jobs.Nice to know I cant ask questions regarding job searching, like any other sensible consumer would at a so-called staffing agency, which is their purpose. At that point, I absolutely had it and told him my frustrations and to take me off as a consumer and hung up on him.AVOID TCS AND OTHER STAFFING AGENCIES LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEYRE SCAMMERS, LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE.
