Ill be honest, Ive been to quite a few recruiters where I just felt like they just dont care about what you are really looking for and just trying to fill a position. I just have to share my phenomenal experience with this company! I was referred to Merit by a friend and she told me that smaller agencies were more reliable because they spent more time focusing on you and its true ! Everyone in the company made me feel welcomed since day one and they always followed up before and after they sent me out on interviews. Manaya was my assigned recruiter and she stayed on top of me and frequently sent me knew positions that Id be interested in. Even though I was discouraged with not getting certain jobs I was always provided with great feedback and Manaya never stopped finding opportunities for me. All of the staff were involved in helping me with my journey and this week I was offered a position in my field. Its all about patience and not getting too discouraged!
