This place is the best. Ordered monogrammed waterproof pouches for my bachelorette party and then we were hit with the COVID 19 pandemic. They were still finished on time and I was able to wait to pick them up until I was ready / comfortable, with no pressure at all. Lovely to work with and great products!

The shop owner was quite rude and unpleasant, but they do have several items you can purchase to have monogrammed within the small store so I suppose it’s convenient. With an adorable name like Monogram Cottage, I had high hopes! But the search for a good place to get things personalized in Manhattan continues.

Amazing little Gem located in the Upper East Side. They monogrammed towels, robes, and shampoo capes for my salon in Chelsea and I just loved the whole service. From the beginning Mrs. Daphne was really understanding and very knowledgeable on what colors I should use and where I should add my logo. It was done so professional and you can tell she took her time with it and I received all my monograms earlier than expected. Definitely worth the money!!!! I will be back again and telling all my friends.
