The staff in the back of the testing center were very nice, respectful and took their time explaining everything about the exam in a professional matter. The little girl at the front desk check-in needs to tone her little funky attitude down, stop rushing people and learn to respect others. She’s no better than anyone else thinking she can talk to you a certain way. She needs to go back to school and learn about professionalism and respect towards others.

Pearson really needs to consider changing the people in the front desk. I was taking an exam out of the country of my citizenship. The day before the exam I went to my country consulate to extend my passport. There was a typo in the renewal date made by the consulates employee, but the passport is still valid. The called the program coordinator, and he said it is fine. However they insisted that i should not take the exam. Too bad for them they just front desk employees that can not make this decision. I traveled 15 hours to take this exam with hours of preparation. They did even no regards in that with me telling them. I entered the testing center really nervous and frustrated. I had to calm myself down in order to do well in the test. The moral of the story is i understand you are following rules but you have to be professional delivering bad news to people,and help if the matter is not big mistake you never know you might be in my shoes one day!!!

I took an exam here on the topic of life insurance law. The building was very nice, and my testing experience was optimal. Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice and efficient. It can get confusing when you first walk in as to whats expected of you. Basically, grab a number, walk up to the front desk, get your rules sheet, wait for your number to be called... I found the staff to be completely friends and not intimidating compared to other testing centers Ive been to.

The building is very quiet. The staff was great and friendly. I have taken all of my teacher exams here.

Not terrible just what I expected

In comparison to my other testing experience (at another Pearson testing center), this was stressful, disorganized, and incredibly dissatisfying. I have approached this review from the perspective that it is a testing center and can only be so good, but this place failed on almost every level. Getting into the testing center, there was no air conditioning, very few directions, and a pretty disorganized staff. I had no idea what I was supposed to do with my belongings, where I could register, and what exactly was keeping me from testing. The initial staff were rude and dismissive, and few people in the center knew what was going on. I ended up taking the test far later than expected which delayed everything else which was also unfortunate.The only redeeming aspect was that the actual testing staff was pretty nice and helpful. They did a little bit to reduce stress although not enough to eliminate the vibe the place gave off. All in all, though the testing experience ended up being positive, the place did almost everything to stop that from happening.
