I have found Gooten to be a reliable P-O-D partner. Fulfillment and shipping are completed in good time and recently they stepped up to refund 2 orders. One was lost by the post office and the other had a glaze blemish on the inside of a mug. I do recommend them if you are looking for a reliable P-O-D partner.

Gooten has great prices compared to some of the other major print-on-demand companies. And while I will continue to use them to grow my business, there is one major aspect of their business that could improve. 1) Technical support can take up to 72 hours to respond to tickets. This can be frustrating when you need to find out information about a particular order. And even once they respond, once you respond to them, it make take 24+ hours for another follow-up.

Customer service is nearly non-existent. No phone number. No online chat. Have to wait days for a response. Cannot cancel a mistake. I thought the quality was good until I tried other POD companies which are BY FAR better. Very disappointed.

Their quality control is excellent, and in the rare instance of a problem theyve resolved the issue rapidly. Their support with other store issues, including IT support for some back end things has been stellar. At first it was very difficult for me to maneuver around the Gooten website and getting a response from them took so long I forgot I asked a question. I let them know how I felt and now they respond very fast and I now know how to get around their website. I would definitely recommend Gooten as a company and for their products.

Gooten offers a wide range of print on demand products. Their prices are generally competitive, and, in some cases, significantly cheaper than the competition. I wish they offered a bit more robust Shopify integration.

Ive been really impressed with Gooten since working with them - the products they make for me have gotten great reviews and have been produced in the time frame given. But what really stands out has been the customer support. Sandra and Nemanja spent a lot of time to fix an error I had made on the image size on a sizeable series of products, all the time with a professional and cheerful attitude. They saved me many hours of work and headache, and make this company stand out.

I use Gooten - A LOT. I’m a big fan of a lot of things they do, but they need to up their game to be a serious player in this space. Prices are great, print areas are larger than other POD companies.. that being said, the cus to let service is ATROCIOUS. Not the actual customer service, because when I finally get to talk to somebody, they’re very helpful and friendly, I’m in no way criticizing their staff. But my store really took off today, and I already have late orders.. I had over 200 orders go through today and 30% of them have payment issues.. dealt with my bank twice it’s not on my end. They need a CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. You guys deal with merchants, you need a phone number. Also a 24/7 chat service. It’s 2021 next week guys, come on. I’m sure your employees are tired, and between the holidays and covid things are a mess. But my holiday sales are through the roof and instead of being happy, I’m stressed and concerned and can’t sleep because of Gooten. I want to say loyal to this company because I see the potential and I know they’re fairly new. Help me out guys. I have multiple unanswered service requests and I need my orders to start processing. Regardless, happy holidays to you and your families. I know it’s not intentional, but I do expect more.- UPDATE:I do have to say, after all the confusion, the customer service really does take care of their customers/merchants. I really appreciate the tremendous effort from their team, and obviously none of this is an individual’s fault. Do I have to give them a star? They dont deserve even one. This is the worst customer service I have received in my life. They send a confirmation email your order went through, then never notify you it was on hold or cancelled. I found out they cancelled the order when I wondered why it hadnt been delivered - so for OVER A WEEK the order was cancelled with out a word for them - I found out 2 days after it should have been here that THEY DID NOTHING!!! DONT LET CUSTOMERS PUT THROUGH ORDERS DIRECTLY!!!! I am POSITIVE I would have lost all my customers if I had gone straight to putting the items up on my website & not ordering samples first. So far they are seriously the WORST. Who doesnt have a phone number or respond to urgent emails about them failing to fulfill orders for days? TERRIBLE, I have waisted weeks on this!!!! So enraging!

I have been using Gooten for the past few months connected into Shopify for my daughters design store - everything has worked seamlessly and placing orders has been quite easy.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. Gooten overpromises and under delivers. They have not respond in a timely manner to my inquiries of over 25 orders that have been sitting for 10 days in production with no movement. They allowed us to sell items they didnt have stock to produce which caused a total disaster with dozens of my Etsy customers. They didnt inform us of these problems until it was too late, and at 3pm on a Friday to boot. Then, they didnt respond promptly to my requests for help, cancellations, and refunds. What business these days doesnt have chat or phone help? Gooten. Im still trying to undo this mess. Save yourself the headache and use Printify.

Through Covid they kept you informed I am happy with the quality and response times.

Ive been using gooten for almost 3 years and Im really satisfied with the quality and variety of products but what makes me stay is their excellent customer service. Yes, you can have problems with orders that printed badly or they sent the wrong design (as with all dropshippers) but this is very very rare with them and they always solve it. They send reprints fast if you show proof of the problem so I dont have to worry. There are some products that are too expensive and I think they should find other partners since you cant compete in price but for popular products like mugs, shirts, or pillows they have the best prices. The etsy integration gave me a few problems in the past but now works well so overall I still think they are the best dropshipping option out there.

There is absolutely no response from customer service at all.. they give a ticket number and let you sort out your own issue.. I just started with them but will disconnect my store today as they are absolutely hopelessTheir interface for Etsy integration is also terribly difficult and makes no sense..

I’ve utilized Gooten for my drop ship print on demand needs for the last few years. While several months during the “Covid-crisis” were a struggle, Gooten was not the only print on demand company, or company in general that dealt with delays, an overload of customer service inquiries, etc. so anyone complaining based off of that time period has not been with Gooten prior to Covid and has not noticed the very noticeable changes that have been implemented in the last few months. Product selection is great, shipping is a bit expensive but that’s the case everywhere, especially lately since USPS has recently raised their shipping costs AGAIN. Their website is easy to use, I personally don’t sync it to my Etsy shop and just manually submit orders as they come through to make sure everything is correct. Customer service response times could be a big faster, especially when it comes to a time sensitive emergent need, and the option to add a gift message to the packing slip would be amazing, but these are all things that seem to be in planning mode and I hope to see them implemented in the near future. I’ve used other print on demand companies and Gooten has remained my favorite, even through the difficult times so I still highly recommend them.

After i ordered a rug i realized i made a mistake - unfortunately i can not do anything because they will reply only after 72 hours and it will be too late. so although i did try to cancel my order - i couldnt make it. i pry they will help me i am trying to reach them 2 days

This company is real, not a scam but still they have major flaws. Thankfully I havent tried to use their integration, and rather just did custom orders in only very specific/special situations, so i havent dealt with the nightmare of using their service too much. For one, customer service basically does not exist. That is the absolutely most ridiculous thing imaginable. A company like Gooten, with customer service labyrinths like 500+ billion dollar companies like Amazon and Facebook is unacceptable. In the print on demand (POD) business customer service is important because we run our shops and answer customers in real time. Their API stinks. You create products but cant see decent mockups (like really? No mockups...). Also right now as i try to place an order the order page is not loading, my billing information is not loading as i try to change it. This website/company really stinks.

Ive been trying to contact Gooten for a week. Customers have placed orders through Etsy and nothing is showing as processed/processing. All I need is a human to contact me and tell me whats up. If I did something wrong, Ill take that. But no response is NOT how you do business.

Terrible production time. Not at all as advertised. Awful customer service that responds at 3am days after your request. No contact phone number either. Avoid Gooten, go with a printer that is reliable.
