The MTS staff has not let me down yet. Todays issue was resolved by another knowledgeable and diligent technician.

While there was a wait time, I had then call me back, which was quite reasonable, the problem of connecting to the company server was remedied within 5 minutes once on with a tech. This got me up and running and back to work, where I was able to complete my project for the day. Very satisfied with the service.

Wes was very thorough and patient while resolving issues related to my company switching over to a new email server. We did not get off the call until everything was resolved with the technical side of things and when I had no more questions!

This is the best IT company that I have ever been affiliated with. First of all, I love that I dont have to call and be on hold forever. IF I call, they answer right away.
