They even call us back sometimes just to make sure everything is still going okay. The staff and management team is very friendly and we enjoy having them work with our company. They are very knowledgeable about different technologies and offer great solutions.

This is the second time CompCiti has optimized and improved the functioning of our office computers. While the first time was in person, this time Juan remotely signed onto a laptop in our office and optimized the virus protection and use of outlook, Dropbox, and improved the speed and functioning of the computer immensely. So much easier to use the computer now without long pauses.

After researching a few IT service companies I came across CompCiti and called to inquire if they could help us. Our startup had experienced a lot of growth and we were longer able to operate on our Verizon WiFi services without constant drops of WiFi and/or no service on most days due to the amount of folks using WiFi. We’d finally come to understand we needed to expand and build our WiFi services to accommodate our current structure.I met with several IT companies but not until I met Sam did I realize THIS is the person I need for the job.
