We started using JCS when we moved into our space 6 months ago. The first person they sent us was very good. When she left JCS sent us Lidia. Lidia has done a wonderful job. She is thorough, complete and most professional. She took the initiative to determine what had to be done and went right to work and our gallery looks wonderful when she is done. Janitorial Cleaning Services definitely deserves my first google plus review. For the past 5 years I have commuted to my brothers law firm on Lexington avenue to intern from labor day until Thanksgiving week. During my time there this year, there was a new cleaning service (JCS). Janina was amazing and did above and beyond what we asked. Se was both incredibly polite and hard working. My brother switched to JCS this past summer and hasnt looked back since. Both my brother and I greatly recommend them for any janitorial/cleaning needs.

I was looking for cleaning service providers then one of my friends suggested JCS cleaners to me. I thought of giving them a try. I contacted them & they provided me the cleaning plan in detail. I fixed up the deal. They were very punctual and came at my home half an hour earlier than the given time which was really commendable. Fantastic. I couldnt let the day end without telling Barbara how pleased we are with the work that was done in our small boutique on SOHO today. They were very pleasant, worked very efficiently, and the quality of the work is outstanding....better than we thought possible. They not only cleaned the mess from construction (1200 feet of new wood flooring) but they left the place sparkling clean....cleaner than our weekly cleaning help does....and in four hours. Will heartily recommend these angels.

I run a large Real Estate Office in midtown and have been using JCS for a couple of years and have been very satisfied. We often are closing deals in the evening when they are working and they do a great job of not interrupting us. Anna is a face recognize as she works here often and were always glad to see her. I would recommend JCS to anybody who has commercial space to clean. The company also works for the building management and cleans all the building bathrooms and common areas and I know they are very pleased. I would rate the company five out of five stars.

Im honestly blessed to have found this cleaning service while roaming online. Ive used them for the past 2 years and I wonder why it took me this long to write a review but its better late than never I guess. Joanna is the name of my cleaning lady and she is great, she has always worked efficiently and has become a part of our family, but most of all she does great work. Shes served our bakery business in Manhattan on 36th, shes always on time and gets the job done. I love this company, 5 stars? Of course!!!!!!

I found JCS cleaners many years ago while cleaning some tile and grout in New York City. They were recommended to me by a long time customer of mine. Since then I have referred them out many many times and have always had great feedback!It is not easy to find a good cleaning company in NY these days - trust me I have tried many of them in the past. They have cleaned apartments for my customers all over Manhattan as I do mostly residential tile and grout cleaning and restoration.

JCS was first recommended to me by my father-in-Law who first using the service about six months back. I have gone through over 10 different companies to find someone who would clean my house up to my expectations and Janitorial is the first company that was able to provide me with such service! I am very pleased! Małgorzata, was extremely helpful when i first contacted her in regards to the service. It was arranged quickly and the price is excellent!I had Lidia clean for me for the past two years and she is just great! She is fast and at the same time my house sparkles after each cleaning. She is just not that kind of person and i trust her completely. Thank you again janitorial for making my house sparkle! I normally dont write reviews, but I had to after my awesome experience with JCS. I commute to a small firm in downtown to work a few months out of the year.During my latest stint, our normal cleaning service (which shall remain nameless) failed to show prior to an important meeting with international client. I called JCS after a recommendation from a friend, and they were there within an hour.Anna was more than accommodating to our needs. Se was kind, sweet, personable, and most importantly, efficient. Weve decided to continue using JCS as our normal cleaning service from now on. I honestly couldnt be happier with the service.

Hired this company to clean a high profile Pop Up Loft in NYC. First cleaning was great, thorough. Downhill from there. Bad service, bad attitude, poorly prepared to complete service as required re equipment, generally awful. As they are in partnership with other cleaning companies and supposedly cover for each other, be careful what you get when they make a commitment because they sent their staff in a competitors van and did not bring supplies. Team sent came late, supposedly did not speak or understand English, Spanish, Italian, etc. therefore could not (or would not) communicate on site. Horrible experience.
