They’re lucky I can’t give half a star or NONE AT ALL! They refused to cash my check because of where the company was located then tried to tell me they only cash PAYROLL CHECKS. Never heard of a check cashing places only operating for certain types of checks. Don’t waste your time here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management needs to hire a whole new team. All my life I always sign my checks before I cash them & today I was told my check couldn’t be cashed because it was endorsed before hand. I had several different IDs on me & they still wouldn’t cash my check. The ladies are very rude & unwilling to help. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professional in such a busy environment. Do better!

I went here cash my check open the check infront of the teller and signed it then he wanted to say you can’t have it signed before you come . Mind you I signed it infront of this man face and because he has a wrong sign he taking it out on me and refuses to cash my check the are very rude and they profile here

They refused to cash my check because I didn’t live within 1 mile of their location. If I could give them a negative number I would. Waste of time.

I just want to say that I don’t normally write reviews unless my experience was so bad, and I feel the need to let others know and hoping the business owner care enough to rectify. Not to mention, this is my 2nd time writing a bad review.My first time experience at E.G. I check cashing, and western union located on 93 Naussau Street was very disappointing. I wanted to make a quick collect from Western Union. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady’s name who took care of me yesterday, June 29, 2016 at 5:10PM. Although, she is Hispanic and has brassy dark blonde/orange hair color. I told her I spoke with Western Union and I was told the money that was sent to me was ready for pickup. She barely points out where I apparently needed to fill out a western union form. She also mentioned that I had 5 minutes to fill it out with an attitude. So I quickly fill out and gave her the form. She looks at it and notices I forgot to include the telephone number. So I wrote down my telephone #, and she started to drum her fingers on the counter. Once I was done, she went to make a call I think. I couldn’t tell from where I was standing, but she then asked me what number is this and I couldn’t see from far, so she brought it closer to me and I know my handwriting was messy considering I only had few minutes to fill out the form. I told her the number and the next thing she said was, really and she rolled her eyes.I worked with all types of customers and I know some can be a pain in the ass, but I’ve learned to be courteous even with bad customers. However, I never gave her an attitude nor a hard time. I don’t know what was going on with her. She probably had a terrible and bitter day and took it out on me. Whatever it is, it doesn’t give her the right to behave with a nasty attitude. I hope the manager or business owner gets to read this and rectify this type of behavior.

Its 7:43 and the link says they openat 7:30am. Either change that info or hire a punctual employee to open up.

They profile people here they only cash the checks they want to i dont recommend this place to anyone
