I never leave reviews but had such a great experience recently that I wanted to share. I brought my car in for some routine service and the service advisor Valentine was able to make the whole process extremely stress free. He explained what needed to be done, was polite, and reassured me my car would be ready on time which is an issue I’ve had at other dealers and shops in the past. I was made to feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands with excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend Audi Manhattan.

Would absolutely recommend. Just recently leased an Audi from Audi Manhattan and worked with Alex. To say that he was was amazing would be an understatement. I drove over 5 hours to go through Audi Manhattan and when my lease is up in 3 years would be happy to do so again. Alex was so helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had. Had issues with tires on my Q8 Called for an appointment was told not needed, I explained I would need a car if mine was kept for work on it. The woman on the phone said just come in and it would be dealt with. I came in this morning and was told my car needs to be kept and they would not provide a loaner. Staff were very rude. I explained about what I was told but was met with ‘ there’s nothing we can do’ and you’re leaving your car at your own discretion’ really bad service and attendants

Levani Zazadne made whole buying experience of buying over the phone seamless and true to his words I found everything in the car exactly as he described . I’ve had two recent experiences with the service and parts department and unfortunately both were not very good. In July I had my car serviced for an annual check up and full detail. Not only was the price for the service extremely high but I left unsatisfied. I now have huge rub marks on the hood of my car from a machine they used to wax the vehicle. Again in August I stopped by to purchase wiper blades and for some reason they felt I should pay $30 more vs. the advertised price online. It seems to me this dealership follows the old rules of scam after scam. I sent an email to management and yet to receive a response. I will not try for a 3rd experience in the future nor am I inclined to ever purchase a vehicle from Audi Manhattan. I expect more from an Audi dealership.

Took my Audi to the Audi Manhattan body shop for repair and Amanda Nikolic has just been great! It’s almost like I didn’t have to do anything except (ruin and) bring my car for repair. She’s dealt with the insurance and everything one step after the other. She has been very responsive and very arranging on when I could drop off and pick up my car. The manager, Tim Comparato is the most helpful car person Ive ever dealt with. He has personally attended to my sales and made sure that they were problem free. I also service the car at Audi and recently drove 3 hours from Long Island so that I could have it serviced at Audi Manhattan because they are so good and helpful. The dealership itself is very nice and I had amazing, customized help from Alex in finding cars for sale (he was great!!).My 2 star review is because I wasted 3 trips driving up to the dealership from Brooklyn only to learn that the car was sold before I had a chance to put in an offer (and I drove in same-day for all vehicles). Two of the times, I was sitting at Alexs desk discussing terms after having test driven the car and the car sold after I test drove it.I understand that its a busy dealership, but its poor customer service to be so desperate for a sale that youre willing to sell it from underneath another customer serious about purchasing the vehicle after letting them test drive it.

I always knew going to an audi dealer for service was asking to pay an extra 20%... but these guys managed to “highly recommend” and then charge $650 + tax for rotation and alignment. That is about 400% the normal cost. Besides, how can you even recommend a service to extend the life of a set of tires that cost as much as the service?

In late July 2021, I drove my 2013 Audi A3 to Audi Manhattan as the reverse gear sensor in the rear bumper had become defective. My service advisor, Wesley Hamilton, told me it might be a body shop issue and got Amanda Nikolic involved. As Amanda was about to leave on a planned one-week vacation, we agreed that I would bring back the car when she had returned from her vacation.After I had driven the car back to Audi, Amanda called me promptly, gave me an estimate to do the diagnostics, and even before examining the car explained what the possible issues might be. I agreed on the cost of the diagnostics and Amanda told me that she would call me with her findings. She contacted me the next day, gave me an exhaustive and transparent report of her findings, and provided an all-inclusive estimate (i.e., diagnostics + repair + tax) to fix the problem. She also told me it might take a few days to perform the body work. However, she called me back the following day informing me that the car was ready. I sense that she assigned the highest priority to the repair as I had shown understanding for the delay caused by her vacation.In addition, Amanda had a very courteous and pleasant demeanor on the phone, showed great patience in explaining the issues and answering my questions, and displayed a nice sense of humor – which never hurts in the world of client service.The rear bumper looks immaculate. We recently purchased a vehicle from Levani at Audi Manhattan and couldn’t be any happier with the experience. Levani’s genuinely friendly demeanor made the whole experience from the initial call to delivery seamless and smooth. He truly cared to get us into the best car for our family. We bought certified preowned and had a little concern once we took possession of it and he was quick to get us hooked up with service and have our concern addressed and remedied. He even gave us a personal loaner car that he has. It happened to be the same make and model as our one we purchased. #twinsLevani even met me half way once the work was complete to exchange cars so that I didn’t have to drive 1.5 hrs to Manhattan after work. He truly breaks every other experience that we have ever had with a salesman. We will hopefully get to work with him again in the future with our next purchase. It will definitely be the first person we still call when that time comes.

I am very disappointed and outraged by the horrible service at Audi Manhattan take my car in for what I thought would be a seamless process that has actually turned into one of the most horrible experiences as a customer. AC not working which I noticed the engine overheating …. I had my vehicle towed by Audi roadside assistance to your facility. I received a report after your technician made diagnostic assessment that my coolant tank must be changed to correct the problem…. In addition I upsold myself by adding the requested service of the vehicle which brought my total to almost $3000. Upon picking up my vehicle it only took 20 minutes on the street where an error message on the dash alerted that engine was overheating which was the SAME PROBLEM I paid to be rectified. I called in 7/5 after having my car towed back to the dealer on 7/3 and requested to speak to a manager …. and as of today 7/8 a manager still hasn’t contacted me. Also, I was sent an additional report reflecting $832 cost that didn’t specify what service would be performed. I was only given a loaner vehicle on my return pf the vehicle after being told there weren’t any or any accommodations in place to ensure I remain mobille. Again…. Your entire dealership has been every inkling of horrible to be in Manhattan and in the heart of the city. I have never and more than likely won’t have any of this happen in the Audi dealers in North Carolina where my vehicle was purchased. Signed a very disappointed customer!

I wish that I can give this dealership a zero star. Please read the reviews before coming to this horrible place. They overcharge for everything. They do not have any customer service for anybody. We have to bring our truck twice for the same problem. Each time, they keep our truck for three weeks. Please DO NOT deal with this dealership. They give Audi a bad name. All their staff, managers, mechanics, need to learn Customer service 101. By the way, they do not give loaner cars. Worst dealership ever. Run! Do yourself a favor and go to the New Jersey or Queens dealership. You will get better service. If you are a minority, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. The employees use microaggressions and subtle remarks to insult and put you down. They refused to give us loaner car after keeping our truck for three weeks. Within a week, the engine light came up again for the same problem. We took it back, and they started arguing with us.. We asked for a loaner car, they REFUSED. As of now, truck is still in the dealership with the same problem that we paid almost $2000 in the first place. I am so finished with Audi. Audi should learn from Benz and BMW about customer service and cultural competency. After this, I am getting rid of the truck. Audi needs to get with the times and train their employees about customer service, quality service and marketing. IF you want respect, good quality care and to save your hard-earned money, PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THE AUDI OF MANHATTAN. By the way, take the time and read the reviews. Audi only responds to great reviews. They ignore poor reviews. Why? Because the dealership does not CARE. They only provide BETTER service for only a certain group of people. Keep trying to buy a car from them but all I keep getting is an automated response asking me to schedule an in person appointment. There is no need for me and them to waste time with me coming in until the price is agreed upon, papers are ready to be signed and keys picked up. The car is a CPO so Im not worried about a test drive. Dealers need to adopt to online car sales.

Now understand I did not know what the heck I was asking for… Keron, I believe his name was HELPED me beyond the call of duty in figuring it out because the car was not with me. Audi Manhattan did a great job handling bodywork on my 2019 Q7, including handling communications with my insurance company almost exclusively. Car looks like new, especially since Audi took care of some additional dents and scratches not associated with the primary incident. Since I got there early one of the girl at the seat I asked if I can drop if the vehicle and come back later maybe next day or somethingThen she told me to wait for an advisor name Juan.I was very upset by how he treated me .My car had tlc plate and he said exactly we do not give loaner for tlc carFirst of all I work for a bank and I have the tlc plate to just hold the plate since there is cap by tlc for tlc platesI was trying to drop of the vehicle but then he said he can’t take my car because it’s tlc plus he can’t take it now since I walked before my appointment but the lady already put me in the system for the day . I had an absolutely awful experience at Audi Manhattan. I saw the vehicle online that I wanted, call on a Saturday evening to confirm availability. Salesman was disrespectful and insulting when I spoke about the car. He said the dealership was closing and he would follow-up on Monday. Never heard from him. I called him 3x on Monday and he never returned my calls. Around 2pm I called back to speak to a new salesman. The new salesman agreed to help but acted very busy to really focus on my needs. I asked for a bill of sale and I received 2.5 hours later after I was told 10 mins and there were other customers here in the dealership to test drive since I was an out of state buyer. The bill of sale was inaccurate and I indicated to the salesman of the pricing error. He seems annoyed by not performing his own job responsibilities. However, I received a corrected bill of sale that was completed grainy.The salesman then asked when I could come into the dealership to pick up the vehicle. I requested Thursday and the salesman had an issue with that day as if it didn’t work for him. Against my better judgment, I chose Wednesday and agreed to come 211 miles out of state to pick up the vehicle and finalize the transaction. On Tuesday, I never heard 1 word from the salesman. Around 6:30pm, I text the salesman and ask were we good to go on the transaction. He then calls me and asks me while I’m at work to send a copy of the new insurance card and I could do it over the phone. I informed him that my insurance changes must go through an agent and it would be completed Wednesday morning but I sent an email to ensure this task was completed with great celerity. The salesman the indicated if I didn’t bring a cashiers check along with the salesman manager that I couldn’t take the car the same day. Draft Loan checks from NFCU (one of the largest credit unions in the world/one that Audi Manhattan works with as well? I had to contact the bank after hours as NFCU branch was closed. I stay on the phone 2 hours and then go to the local branch Wednesday morning at 8am to get a new check. I rushed to the training station to catch amtrak to get to the dealership on time and asked my salesman for a ride from NY penn station. I was told “NO” and “we don’t do this at all and I can’t leave my desk”. After paying another $12 for a taxi, I get to the dealership and I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I went to the reception desk and asked to for my salesman. He was at the reception desk looking at instagram photos (basically goofing off). I introduced myself and the transaction proceeds. I brought the car down for me to take a test drive while trying to get me through finance timely. When the car reaches the service lane, I point out there is a ding in the rear qtr panel on the passenger side and that he nor the dealership ever disclose this on the advertisement or verbally/writing as he sent a few pictures on Tuesday evening while omitting this damage. I test drive the vehicle and enjoyed it. I proceeded to finance and then we ran into another problem. The amount in the system is inaccurate by another $1000. I asked the salesman and f&i rep to meet me half way on this and as they both went to the used car manager and wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone. I peered over the 2 floor balcony to listen to the misinformation that was spewed by the salesman. They came back up to the f&i rep’s office and told me they didn’t have more to give on the deal and it was take it or leave it knowing I didn’t have a ride back home. Again, against my better judgement. I paid the $1000 and was told that the car was going to be detailed and filled with gas after I asked since the car was not full of fuel. The detail on the vehicle was supposed to be 1hour or less as the salesman promised. The detail took 2 hours and 36 mins.I was late for a dinner appointment and delayed heading out of Manhattan. I was never office a bottle of water, snack from service any beverage or a mug or key chain. I was glad to leave the dealership after all this happened. I can not recommend Open Road.

This is the second time I have come here for maintenance. I had a great experience for when leasing in 2019 and had hope to return to lease again, but the service here leaves much to be desired. They are unable to tell me how long maintenance will take over the phone. And when I arrive for an appointment I am left waiting by my car for 15 minutes before a service advisor kindly came by and told me 1- there are no loaners, 2- the maintenance will take at least 2-3 hours. So I am left stranded in the dealership, which wouldn’t be so bad if we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic and all they offer is a chair.This is not to say the service valets and advisors are not good at their jobs. However, they seem overbooked.

Unfortunately I got into a accident and needed repairs on my Audi SUV. I was worried it would be a nightmare to deal with insurance paperwork and the body shop. However, I am so glad I chose Audi Manhattan for the repairs. All I did was drop off the car and provide my insurance policy claim number. Amanda Nikolic at the body shop department took care of everything from here on out and put me at ease! I did not have to worry about dealing with any paperwork at all. A couple weeks later I had my car back in perfect condition (repaired and detailed!). Amanda was easily accessible via email through the entire process and kept me updated on the status. Its never pleasant situation to have accident damage, but Amanda made it as easy as it could have been.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and they rolled out the red carpet for me. Specifically Levani was the dealer I started with and set up my purchase. He was extremely diligent and responsive to my questions. He was going out of town when I was planning to drive down from Boston to NYC. Despite the unfortunate timing, he was able to connect me with his partner Scott Wernick. Scott was able to bring the ball across the goal line. Also, shoutout to the pre-owned manager, Brian, he provided real time solutions to a long process. Lastly, shoutout to Antonio for assisting with the remedy to a financial issue. We drove to NY from Washington DC and as soon as we got to NYC a light came on the dash. The manual said not to turn the car off. Luckily the Audi service department was nearby. Juan figured out that the key battery needed replacement and to our relief, he replaced the battery and solved the problem. We could not thank him enough!

Let me start by saying that Pal Palanca was the best! He patiently showed me the cars I had previously checked online and answered all of my questions (and I did have a lot of questions!).
