Great service! Definitely will use them again

LEK Rep reached out to me via LinkedIN asking me to consult on a project they were working on. I gave my background, they said i would be a great fit and scheduled the 1 hour call which we agreed I would be paid $300 via a gift card. Two weeks after I inquired about my money and was told it would be paid at the end of the month (March). I knew things would be delayed with COVID so gave it until early May and reached out to my contact who is apparently no longer there. Of the last few weeks I have left 2 messages in the NYC Office general voicemail as well as send an email through their website contact us portal. No response from anyone and the consulting was completed 3.5 months ago. Very frustrated at the lack of professionalism as Ive now spent more time chasing them down than I did on the consulting call and no end in sight.
