This is our favorite space of all time. I have been living in Manhattan for many years, and the views from the midtown loft rooftop are unbeatable! Such a amazing location, easy to get too, clean and well maintained. Fresh plants on the rooftop and perfect views of the sunset. I highly recommend for all!!!!!

The staff went above and beyond to meet my clients needs. If I have another event in New York I will only use Mid Town Loft & Terrace. I highly recommend.

I couldnt believe how easy is to commute to this location and how much things can do around. You can find the best food a block away. It is nice and clean.

This building is phenomenal with accommodating any requests. I work in the building and feel safe and comfortable all of the time. Anytime we need assistance, we receive it right away. We had a small photoshoot on the rooftop, and it looked like we were in a beautiful garden! I highly recommend this place for any type of event!

When we first came into the building. It’s cozy because kinda a small and has that red carpet pretty cool vibes. My partner and I cane to shoot for a coastal fashion show. I attended a conference/presentation here and was amazed at the location. I normally dread these kinds of events and the venues they are in, but Midtown loft completely changed my mind. To start the location of the building is great, there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby to go to. The venue itself is beautiful. When you walk in theres an amazing and beautiful white staircase to the side of the elevators. The main room was really large and open which made it easy to see as people and speakers presented at the conference. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. The rooftop is also amazing. It has beautiful arbors all over that bring a great natural feeling to the space. And the view is amazing! If all conferences were held in spaces like Midtown Loft I would never dread attending one again

I went to an event here and was beyond impressed! The building is absolutely beautiful and the rooftop was amazing. The interior space was so much larger than I would have expected and very refined. The roof space was largely covered in glass that let really nice light in for taking photos. There were also many vine-covered archways and beautiful flower plantings that set a lovely mood. I would highly recommend going here if you get the chance!

Im a wedding planner and we had a wedding just last Saturday! This venue is amazing: it has an incredible terrace where you get the close up view of the empire state building and the flower/green arch, you also get the gorgeous & spacious loft space and kitchen spaces on both floors, which is a definite bonus for the catering teams! Kadir, Faith and the production here are super helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend having weddings, or any big event at Midtown Loft and Terrace!

I was just here this past Saturday night for my friends daughters Quinceanera. Words can hardly do it justice! Stunning in every way. An awesome rooftop with a truly mind-blowing view of the Empire State Building (seriously peoples jaws were dropping when they saw the view) on one side and the spire of a Church (maybe even St. Patricks?) on the other side so close you could see all the scroll work on the very top. When we went one level down for the party itself, we found a beautiful immaculate, gorgeously appointed ballroom. I think I have never been in a more beautiful space and I might have to propose to some random guy just to have a wedding here!

Im so happy to know a pretty place. I really liked the atmosphere because it was neat and natural. On one side, it is beautifully made of flowers and on the other wall, a soft image made it feel cozy. The roof space was covered in glass so while I was filming I was not cold. and also an amazing venue with an amazing view (U can see Empire State Building) and peoples are really kindly and nice!Im really appreciate it.!!I will recommend this place to people who will plan a wedding or event. I think here is the best place for everything.

Last month I attended a holiday party . The food music and décor and Dj was all great and overall everyone at the event was in a mood to party. I had such a great time that I felt compelled to write a review. The space also has a terrace with stunning views of the Empire State Building and NYC Skyline. I hope this year my company will host it there again since this venue is the best one they have chosen and have been with the company for many years.

I LOVE officiating weddings at Midtown Loft & Terrace! There is nothing like a New York City skyline as your backdrop during your precious nuptials. This can be done on the roof enclosed on a rainy day or exposed during a sunshine New York City day. As a New York native it is one of my favorite wedding venues and I am excited for all the ceremonies I have currently scheduled there for 2019!

Midtown Loft & Terrace,The location is easy to get to, having many accessible train lines in the area. Once you get there you see that the area is spacious and has beautiful views, one being the Empire State building, which you could observe easily from the terrace. The terrace itself is surrounded with beautiful greenery, the flowers make you feel as if you were walking through a garden. The space inside is elegant, when you first walk into the loft you notice a blank space, which you are allowed to personalize and get creative with! This space would be great for any type of celebration; it gives you an upscale vibe without coming off as pretentious. I was able to attend a Gala that was hosted at the Midtown Loft, which was a formal event decorated with lights that illuminated the space and gave it a magical feeling. The evening included a terrace drinks reception, and an exquisite three-course dinner provided by Ayza Events & Catering. The exquisite scenic Midtown Loft & Terrace worked professionally with Ayza to make it an enjoyable night for everyone and made it memorable night for all!The staff were also top tier, they will go out of their way to make sure your event is running smoothly and is always around when you need something from them.Over all, this was an exquisite place; the space is beautiful and gives you the opportunity to be creative with it! I enjoyed my time there and would recommend the venue for any type of event!

The Abraham Foundation hosted the 2nd Annual Trunks Up New York Benefit for Save Elephant Foundation at Midtown Loft & Terrace on April 9, 2019. It was a fundraising event for 200 people on both floors of MLT and our guests were blown away by the venue. Edward & Kadir from Midtown Loft Productions and Chantal Hogg from Catering Studios were all very helpful. Our guests had a wonderful evening and we raised a lot of money to help open the first ever elephant sanctuary in Laos. I cannot recommend the team at Midtown Loft & Terrace highly enough!

The perfect venue! On the top level is the terrace. Its a gorgeous rooftop with even more gorgeous views. We had a wedding ceremony on the terrace and the reception followed downstairs on the loft. All of our guests couldnt stop talking about how beautiful the ceremony was. We had an evening ceremony with lanterns, and track lighting on the retractable roof. We easily fit about 150 chairs for the ceremony without being too crowded. The space is so unique with its indoor lounge and full kitchen. The loft has a perfect setup for a reception. The uplights and string lights added so much fun and excitement to our wedding. The loft is very spacious with plenty of room to have bars, a dj, lounge areas, and dance floor. If you ever need a wedding venue, this is the place!

I hosted one of our company parties at Midtown Loft & Terrace and we had a wonderful experience! Not only is there beautiful views from the terrace that is perfect for sunset cocktails but the owner was very flexible in us putting our vision into reality. Their staff was also very helpful with bringing our equipment and materials up and down to the bottom floor for load in and load out. Its the perfect location and even better views!!!

Great views and incredible lighting. We used this terrace for our spring photo shoot and were able to get amazing shots of our garments with no difficulty at all because of the incredible views and easy lighting. It is very spacious and offers a lot of flexibility to anyone doing event planning. Highly recommend the terrace for photo shoots.

I usually dont write reviews but this event space was just unbelievable I had to take the time to! We held corporate event here and it was truly a perfect experience! The Rooftop offers unique views of the city, the layout of space was perfect so open & roomy, the event staff here was helpful before, right up to and during the event.....everyone at our party stated how beautiful this venue was. If your looking for a truly once in a lifetime experience for any event I recommend you visit property and compare to any other in the city.....theres just simply no comparison!!!

I hosted an event on the Terrace. The space is lovely and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The private entrance lifts you to a hidden rooftop treasure. I used this venue for a memorial service for 75 people... all the guests were very impressed by the compassion and attentiveness of the staff. The rooftop is perfect for any occasion and the retractable roof is a bonus should you worry about inclement weather. The location is one of the best in the city. The view of the Empire State is magical.This team really knows how to make your event special- you will not be disappointed.Thank you Midtown Loft & Terrace for your care, compassion, attention to detail and for making this an extra special evening for me, my friends, and family so we could celebrate a life well lived.

This venue is just simply Amazing...a True gem in Nyc to hold any event. Its my familys 3rd time renting this space. One was for family wedding event the other 2 were celebratory party occasions. I usually have a good time here. Great drinks and dance music (top 40). I might be biased, because I liked Bubble Lounge years ago. This Friday night, the dance floor was closed and people were dancing upstairs. So I hope they bring back the dance floor again?

Had a great time at a wine tasting event this week. The view from the terrace is one of a kind in Manhattan, especially at night it has a lot of charm. The skyline was also very memorable. There was also a large section of a variety of French wine and everyone seemed to be in a great mood at the event.

It was a wonderful experience at this place. Beautiful view and staff. Specially Mike Balsamo is a awesome person, he was very helpful. I strongly recommend this place for any event. We’ll definitely come back here again.

We attended a fantastic Quinceañera at this place. We were surprised to see how spacious this venue is - a beautiful terrace with a view of Empire State Building and a big indoor ballroom to accommodate over 150 people. Excellent customer service! I visited midtown loft this pass weekend to coordinate a baby shower for a client and for starters their venue is absolutely amazing. An awesome gentleman by the name of Mike was sooo helpful and hands on. My iPhone died he made sure I got a charger he even made sure I had a parking directly in front of the freight entrance to off load all of my decor items. Thanks again Mike and the midtown loft for your exceptional service. I will definitely recommend this venue to all of my clients.

Small elevator to enter into loft area. It can take time to get to up or down from loft. This is a nice place to hold a small private party under 150 people. Simple decor. I did not get a chance to go see the view of the terrace.

Amazing rooftop venue is perfect for 100 people.Modern, private entrance and elevators will take you to gorgeous rooftop garden combined with Empire State Building’s colorful led light show from not too far distance (approximately 1000 ft away).Lovely trees and flowers and brick walls nicely decorated with lights will make you forget your all day stress.If you are looking to entertain your clients or employees I highly recommend it.

The outdoor loft space was perfect for a summer party. With the roof open the spot was sunny, and airy, and the views are beautiful. The on site staff was gracious and lovey. The food we had was fun and whimsical (try the mac and cheese donuts). Once inside the tables were set up perfectly, and dinner service was plentiful.

Outstanding venue for a wedding. The roof top has outstanding views and the space with its plants presents a country like setting in the city. Tarkan, the owner is easy to work with as far as logistics. There is a roof with lights and windows. We kept the roof and windows open to start. The caterer and florist were amazing. The salmon was the best that I had ever eaten. For music we had the Guthrie brothers who are amazing. The caterer was Indiana catering.

My best friend held her wedding at Midtown Loft & Terrace this past weekend, and it was a great experience. They were very accommodating for all requests. They provided all of the furnishings, including helping to set up the Chinese tea ceremony in a separate room. I got to go to the food tasting and my friend chose her linens and place settings in the same meeting. The event coordinator was very knowledgeable about everything the venue could provide.

She is sweet, caring, accommodating, and did everything to make us feel at home, from the day we stepped in the building to see the space, until the wedding day. The other reason is just how special the loft is—with its views of the city and the Empire State, its interesting architecture, and an extremely photogenic brick wall. Every single person at the wedding exclaimed how much they loved the place.If we started with Bridget, we have to end with Kadir, the event manager. He ran the event and was super helpful with everything. From making sure the television and AV systems worked, to seeing that everything went smoothly. And he was a life saver at the end of the wedding when there could have been a huge issue, but became a minor one to resolve thanks to him.I highly recommend this venue and these people. We looked at a lot of places, but when we saw this space, we knew.

My husband and I rented the Terrace and Loft for our wedding ceremony and reception. We couldnt be more satisfied with the location, the views, the lighting, and the staff that we worked with. Bridget worked above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect! She had great ideas about the wedding arch, floor plan, etc. The kitchens were functional and I had no complaints from my caterer. The bathrooms were clean. I love that there is a retractable roof, because it was unusually cold that day and actually snowed the day before! In retrospect, Im glad we had the roof retracted so I did not have to worry about the wind during the ceremony.The photos by the Terrace with Empire State view were classic. There is an audiovisual staff member on site just in case. The scaffolding around the building unfortunately was still up on our wedding day, but we just joked that it gave the place a real New York feel. I highly recommend this place and staff. Everything worked out perfectly, because the staff do what they do very well.

The place is very unique with the beautiful terrace on the 11th floor and then that great loft space for an incredible party ! We held our quarterly all-day company teambuilding meeting at Midtown Loft. The space is incredible - lots of natural light, beautiful wood floor, awe striking views of the City, lots of space.But most of all we were impressed by the attention the staff gave to our needs. They were always there for us. The manager even repaired our projector screen.Over the last 8 years weve held our meetings in 20 different spaces. None of those match the beauty and fresh feel of the Midtown Loft.

Just got married here last Saturday and the staff and venue were great! This venue offers spectacular views of the empire state building, has plenty of parking garages near by, and large open floor space for you to make your own.All of our guests were very impressed with everything. The outdoor Terrace is capable of opening and closing the roof and has sound system you could use.The doorman, building manager, and the staff at Midtown were very friendly and made sure everything we needed was taken care of and went above and beyond.They also offer tons of decorative services and other goodies!Could not recommend this place more :)

I attended a corporate trade show on the terrace and was very impressed. I have been to many venues in NYC, nothing compares to this one. The terrace was nicely landscaped and was even high tech in that it had a retractable roof . It was warm that day and the cooling system worked very well since everyone seemed comfortable. The views of the Empire State building and city sky view were truly one of a kind. Overall great place and a great experience.
