Great place for events.

Great place to throw a party with ample space for dancing as well as bottle service and eating at your table. The music for these events is always excellent, with music by Will Traxx the voice of Harlem and Dj Ekim will have you on your feet all night with a mix of old rb blends and new tunes .

Because it is part of the Armenian Cathedral of Saint Vartan. Building is well maintained, safe, accessible for wheelchairs and a good place for a reception. They have an above average reputation in the area.

Its a nice place for meetings

This is the location on our annual union party. Nice space with an elevator for those who have a problem taking the stairs.
