My projector began to display dead pixels after about a year of heavy use. Sergio quickly diagnosed the problem and went to the trouble of sourcing the obscure DMD chip required to repair it.He thoroughly cleaned and essentially refurbished the machine while repairing it, leaving it in much better condition than it had left my home.Speaking of, Sergio will both pick up and drop off your device from your home. Extremely convenient in a city where not everyone has a car handy!

This place is a real gem, I can highly recommend getting any work on electronics done here. The work is excellent, quick and very reasonably priced, but the best part is that you’ll be treated fairly and really taken care of, which is incredibly hard to come by. I’m bringing any devices here to get fixed from now on, and really suggest anyone needing repairs locally do the same.

Sergio did a great job fixing my projector which would not turn on. After fixing this issue he did extra work cleaning the glass. He was very communicative via text messaging and his queens location was incredibly convenient for parking. I arrived and he met me outside. I highly recommend Sergio not only for repairing my projector but for excellent customer service!

Sergio saved the day! We had bought some green screens off Amazon - which, in hindsight was silly when we could have just rented them - and they were delayed. I called Sergio the MORNING OF our virtual team event and he drove a perfect rental straight to us. I even mistakenly gave him the wrong address and he was so so sweet about it, saying “I guess I just wasn’t supposed to go directly to the right place for a reasons I’ll never know” and then drove up to give them to us at the right address.
