Short stay and I needed a couple monitors. Easy pickup and return, you can have your stuff delivered (via courier) but it is expensive to do that. Monitors were clean and worked, they provided all the cables I needed.Edited to clarify delivery costs - I chose to Uber over for pickup/drop-off. Also, the kid who helped me out when I picked up and dropped off made everything super easy. I ordered online and after a couple emails I was setup, and everything was ready and waiting when I arrived for pickup. Great experience all around!

Referred by a local vendor in NY, and the EGADS staff know how to handle each customers particular needs. They got me a multiple iPhones without any problems. I needed a high-powered Mac Book Pro on short notice to take on location for a month. I work with very large complex graphic files and Dave was more than helpful to find a device that would meet my high graphic processing demands. The equipment worked flawlessly and in my fortunate instance was also brand-new. The Egads team also made sure I would have all necessary adapters and cables so I wouldnt run into any dead ends while away. If a device is not readily available on their website, its a good idea to call them, they might be able to procure it. This team is very professional, buttoned up and accessible. I will definitely return to Egads for future equipment needs.

I was sure this experience was too good to be true. Egads has it all figured out! I had an emergency and needed a MacBook Pro 15 inch within an hour. They were able to set me up within 45 minutes from phone call to office visit. The office visit and light paper work was only about 15 minutes. Great staff and the equipment is very sufficient. THEY ALSO HAD THE BEST MONTHLY RENTAL RATE. Thank you team!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with EGADS. Dave and the entire staff were helpful, patient, and 100% reliable. The prices were reasonable, and Dave pointed out an error in my understanding of the price - such that the price was about $100 lower. I rented a monitor for a conference, on which I ran an ongoing slide show, and paid for the drop-off, set up, and pick up of the monitor. They were exactly, perfectly on time for both drop off and pick up (and the pick up was late on a Saturday evening, at a Midtown location), efficient and helpful. We discussed other options for future events. I will definitely use them again. Cant say enough good things about them!!

EGADS was exactly what I was looking for! I needed a laptop for personal use only, to travel with for a few weeks. I wasn’t sure if it would be possible because most companies I found would only rent for professional/corporate use. But with one phone call to EGADS they were quick to hook me up. They were flexible with pickup and drop off times, and didn’t hesitate when I called and asked to switch out the original laptop I rented for a smaller one very last minute. I did a google search for easel rentals. Called a few places. Then I called EGADS & Robin got on the phone with authority & clear answers. Excellent. I wanted to deal with her, but saw online that you only had dark metal heavy duty easels. I thought it is better to deal with a reliable (& convenient) company, than some dubious sounding help at other companies in the outer boroughs. To my surprise, the brushed gold easels were available at EGADS - just what I wanted for my fine arts display. I drove by for the pick up & David helped me put them in my car. The same with the return. The other David was just as nice & helpful getting them out of my car, esp. with the parking situation on 45th st. I will definitely use EGADS again. I contacted Egads and overnight was able to pick up macbook with microsoft office. When my laptop was repaired earlier than expected, Egads, pro-rated the time I had rented their equipment for and reimbursed me for the additional time I did not need. Highly recommend!
