We were flying my mother home from Florida after the death of my father. My mom is not able to fly commercially. Starting with Ian the whole experience with priority one jets was a pleasure. Ian got right to work and got us exactly what we were looking with respect to price, day/time and special needs. He provided answers and information promptly and followed up to make sure we were all set. The whole flight experience was awesome - especially the crew, who could not have been kinder or more understanding. This company (Peter) gave me a fake quote. Then proceed to tell me they didn’t actually think I was serious because “my profile was was not exactly the profile of our customers”. No professional company says this to someone. Especially someone who is extremely sick. Terrible.

Recently we were permanently relocating from Puerto Rico to Florida with our two dogs. This was at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and when numbers were at their highest in PR. One of our dogs could travel in the cabin with us but, the other had to travel in cargo. We had done this once before with no problem. Due to COVID-19 only one airline was accepting mascots in cargo. The problem we had was that she would not be in the same plane we would be on. She would be traveling for 16 hours with two connecting flights!Out of desperation and refusing to leave her behind, we contacted Priority One Jets. It was the best decision we made. Ian Greenberg walked us through the entire process once he knew this was a new experience for us. He assured us we would leave on the date and time we wanted to. We even requested to have a car drive us from the Orlando airport to our final destination. Ian delivered on all our requests. I ordered a jet to go to Northern Patagonia for a beautiful honeymoon with my loving husband. When I got the email for the details, I was so excited and I waited for the call. Here I am two weeks later writing this review not recieving a call for a jet. Now my husband and I cant go on our honeymoon and I am MAD. This private jet company isnt what they say they are. #FAKE
