Useless organization. Made many empty promises for simple things like clothing and assistance filling out applications - never did a thing in a 3-4 month span. Dont waste your time. Care coordinators get sassy when you politely express your dissatisfaction after youve waited months to be helped only to be told this case is too complex for our agency. Really? Time is not valued and cases are not taken as seriously as they should be. In general, people are desensitized to the homeless/mental health problem in NY and this agency is no different....dont let them sell you a dream.

Providing wonderful services to all that apply while also exploring the multitude of opportunities available... Overall, simply fantastic organization!!!
