Came to Synergy as a recent college graduate with a great work ethic and walked out of there as twice the person than when I first walked in there. This company teaches you how to build relationships, how to be efficient in each aspect of your life and how to manage people. Job outlook is great and you are able to grow through the company extremely fast with great work ethic. I am now working in the finance world and this job has helped me excel in my current position.

I moved here from California looking for a positive place to expand my knowledge in not only marketing but promotions and business management as well. I enjoyed the interview process because I felt like they really took the time to get to know me as a person. Once starting the job I was quickly coached in a way that suited my learning style. Everyone in the office is open and was willing to answer any questions I had. Even the owner, Anthony, kept an ‘open door policy’. I was also happy with the positive company culture within Synergy I love how we go out every Thursday as a group to get to know each other better!

I started at Synergy over the summer as an intern, knowing only what I was taught in college with no real life experience. I was given the tools and skills to succeed in this business in real life and now work for the company full time as an Account Manager. Yes it is at times challenging -- but the growth potential is unlimited and hard work does NOT go unnoticed... you get what you put in! If you are looking for great company culture, a fast paced work environment, with a lot of fun, positive people.. then this company is definitely something to look into!

Due to situations/ circumstances I had to leave this environment, nonetheless it has been my best experience in my professional career working with a team. If you’re interested in learning how to run a business manage a team effectively get better at communicating and so many other things definitely the place to be at. The manager( Anthony Puglia) is definitely the best speaker in the whole organization, and he gives his team 110%, someone that will go above and beyond for his team!!! Synergy is the best !!! I am so glad I didnt base my opportunity on others experiences or comments. With my previous experience, I just applied and saw for myself what this company had to offer. I just got laid off as technical engineer and I was ready for change. My whole life and professional path would have completely altered if I accepted peoples negative perspectives. I’m a distributor only been working for a month now. This job is intense but fun. The opportunities are endless and you go as far as you want to. The more you put in the more you get out. Love the fact that this company offers initial training. I was in the general labor field and was really intimidated by anything that had to do with customer service. I was never able to talk to people or get comfortable with things unfamiliar to me. Synergy offers full training from the ground up and is based on your hard work. I have met so many people in the past 3 months and even got to attend a conference which was paid for by the CEO (thanks again BTW)I can definitely see some long term growth here and seems to be pretty attractive to those who want to put in the hard work to grow.At first, I really thought this was a Pyramid Scheme because of the other reviews I saw on other websites and a colleague I know who worked for a company similar Marketing company. The difference was the way you get paid and income. There is no recruiting friends/family in order to create a profit. They actually work with big companies like Power Home Remodeling, Vivint Home Security, as well as AT&T and Verizon. The clients pay the account managers directly on their performance and recruiting has nothing to do with individuals performances/how they get paid. I liked that I was able to show my creativity and didnt feel pressured by those who has prior experience before.Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity and I cant wait to see where I grow!

I have been working for Synergy Management for 4 months now. I originally interviewed for the entry level position to improve upon my interpersonal skills. I stuck with the position because I saw the opportunity for me to grow personally and career-wise. The environment is incredibly positive and intense. The position is only for serious and strong-minded people.

They are a successful business because they train employees thoroughly and make sure that potential experts to be are confident and ready to go.The only downside I can possibly foresee potentially is not long enough weekends. I would have competitive challenges between our friendly staff. For instance games that strengthen the reason competition is exhilarating like bragging rights on staff communication board for winner. Make sure every employee knows who the superstar is! It will run over to the workplace.

Have been working here for 6 months. I am pushing for assistant management promotion right now and couldnt be happier! I came into my interview from another company in the West Chester area for sales and marketing; wasnt quite feeling the vibe of the management. Then I found Synergy. I was attracted most to their upbeat environment, their credibility with the clients they work with, and the 100% organic growth structure. I never thought I would actually be strong in Management because I came from a customer service and sales role focusing on just quality assurance with the customers and soon realized I had a passion for teaching and training. Im a former employee at synergy management, and dispite the reviews claiming it to be a MML scam, that is untrue. It is a direct sales job. At the time of my employment we sold verizon TV, Phone, & Internet. Though they arent arent transparent through the hiring process until you are actually hired its pretty understandable why. The idea of going door to door is tough to swallow and is definitely no walk in the park.They provide you good training plus the tools you need to succeed and the corporate culture makes you feel like a part of the family sometimes. You have to be willing to work your ass off though and should have strong mental fortitude and thick skin. I learned alot about becoming an entrepreneur working here.PROS: Good CEO, You can learn how to run a business, learn the ins and out of direct sales marketing, energetic office environment, unlimited potential for growth for those who are teachable, straight forward path to promotions, road trips, tough valueble lessons for future entrepreneurs.CONS: No work/life balance due to long hours, mill system, unorganization and little coordination among leaders sometimes can make things chaotic.
