First choice is definitely my go to cab companywhen I go on out of town business trips they havealways been on time for my scheduled airportrides even my in town experiences with them havebeen great they are quick to pick you up and thedrivers are well mannered and very conversationalI have only had amazing experiences with this taxicompany if I had to reccomend a place to call thiswould be it I even let my kids take thier taxis to getto school because all the drivers and I are basicallyon first name basis as well as the dispatchers

I have to say I have been taking 1st choice for a few months now and Im always happy with my service. The dispatchers are always so sweet and helpful. My drivers have been on time and always help me with my stuff if I need them too. Would definitely tell my friends and co workers to call them.

Im so frustrated right now. This cab service is usually on point but i would not recommend you calling for services on the weekend. Not only did they have me and my 4 year old son standing in the cold for two hours, the lady had the audacity to get rude with me and made it seem like it was my fault they showed up at the wrong address. I had to call another service. Thanks allot to the woman that made my night unforgettable.

The driver known as Chris is a extremely rude and terrible person. I reserved a cab to show up at 4:45 am so I can get to work. Chris shows up 30 minutes yelling and blaring his horn waking everyone up in my house. After I enter the car he is taking about me to his friend on the phone. This cab company is amazing and is the cheapest this is .. the other managers are great people. If they want To have a future with this company they have to fire that high school drop out and find someone intelligent. Until then this driver Chris will be chasing away Customers

Completely awful service. They quoted me five minutes. 30 minutes later, can never showed! I called when it was about ten minutes late. Took about three dozen rings until someone finally picked up to say it was extremely busy and he couldnt reach the driver. What company cant radio its driver??? Never use them!

These guys have been the most reliable and value-based transportation option in Westchester County for us, especially for runs to JFK. Call them up, book a reservation, they show up on time whether its in Westchester or at the airport upon our return. Removes the stress of haggling with shady operators at JFK when you return.

Tl;dr take an uber, it’s cheaper and better service.walking down the street, taxi pulls up to the house that i’m passing. rather than wait one or two seconds for me to get by, or pull up just a foot or two more, he blares the horn directly in my face. this caused a significant spike in my tinnitus, which is extremely distressing. completely unacceptable, terrible, inconsiderate service. never choose these godawful miserable people.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. I needed a cab to take me from New Rochelle to Laguardia. I made a reservation with them several days in advance of my trip. On the day of the trip I called about 10 minutes before the cab was due to make sure everything was in order, only to be told that there was no reservation in the system. However, they promised me there was a cab in the Bronx that could pick me up in 20 minutes, which would have just gotten me to the airport on time. I asked to be called back as soon as the driver was on the way. I waited 10 minutes and, having not received a phone call, I called them and this time was told that a car was on its way but that it would be another 20 to 25 minutes before it arrived. That would have put me in jeopardy of missing my flight. Fortunately, someone at the event I was attending offered to leave early to take me to the airport. Had I depended on this company I very well might have missed my flight. In sum, they proved unreliable twice. Once for screwing up my reservations and then for misleading me about when they could get me a car. I would not put any trust in them.

Comes 30 min late Worst service ever called for a taxi took them almost 30 min to get here i was waiting outside and when ever I called them to tell am still waiting for the taxi they said the driver is outside waiting for me very unorganized not reliable at all if you are on a schedule
